Perfect for today. I have been skipping cardio for weeks and NEED to do cardio today! This looks fantastic and I just love how you give options for not jumping for those of us who need that. When I found your channel I did about 50/50 your videos and another channels and now I'm around 85/15. Your workouts are just way better and work the whole body and are fun. I also have stopped hurting my shoulder and having serious issues that I was having from other videos. There is just something about your content that works the body and protects form over working and staining. Your form probably and I really keep to form better while working out with you. SO THANK YOU! Exercise is the only thing that keeps me going in my life lately..

Just wanted to post to let you know that I'm so happy I've found your channel, your workouts are phenomenal! I especially love the Posterior Chain workout playlist, because I'm struggling with my posture and working to fix it, and your routines help me a lot in that respect. Can't wait to do this one as well. Also... seeing is how I identify as an uncoordinated giraffe, I did shy away from your ballet-inspired workouts for a while, but your explanations and motivations are so good that even I can muster up some courage to do them. I retired from pro professional ballet at 17 when I decided to to academic research but I always find myself coming back to ballet. only managed half early in the week as was pressed for time; so frustating! So this morning, my flat was so cold but I was determined not to heat it up. Then at first half I felt the heat at the hip raise /sit thru set. I am good at push-ups but this incredibly demanding on upper body and so much harder than our our gorgeous D makes it look. The moves always appear effortless and graceful and what a challenge to replicate! A full comprehensive array of moves that truly work your body. You are our favourite Chick. Hearts from London x

This channel is incredible!! Stumbled on it completely by accident and it’s seriously a game changer. I’ve always wanted to be a ballerina, never happened for me, but these workouts make me feel so strong and graceful and like I could walk into a ballet studio and maybe not look completely out of place hehehe. The obsessive focus on weight loss makes me a little sad, firstly because it’s just basic physiology and science that no workout ever is going to “shed fat”, and second it just feels kinda icky and unhealthy to focus on that for like….every video. But alas, my booty is looking good and I could kill a man with my legs so I will stick around.

From my perspective though, there is so much competition on KZread and there’s this unspoken game to draw people in and want to click on your videos. Appealing thumbnails help but unfortunately the most viewed videos are the ones that usually included phrases like weight loss, shed fat, and burn calories. Let’s be honest, ALL movement puts anyone a step closer to a healthier, happier, and more fit self…and at the end of the day, that’s what it is all about. Thanks for sticking around. 💖🥰💪🏼
Day 17, I think I didn't feel confident to be able to do this one when you uploaded it, it said advanced and I was doubtful. And now that was part of the challenge I committed to it and only took some no jump options. Of course I ended up sweaty and it was challenging but I felt so accomplished by the end. 💪🏻🔥💕

OMG Desiree, I did this one tonight for the first time. I train four hours a day, including skipping rope HIIT workouts morning and evening, and yet I struggled so much! (I had to cheat sometimes oops 😅). I'm going to challenge myself and do it three times a week. 😇 I still completed a 15-min skipping rope HIIT workout after that, and also your 30-min "flat belly" HIIT and it was perfect. I was a sweaty mess.🤣

Men do Pilates too! Pilates is for everyone. This particular workout is advanced so it’s something you’ll have to work up to. I have many beginner and intermediate workouts on my channel.

It’s a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout…which means you’ll do a certain exercise for an extended period of time (representing the high intensity) and then you’ll rest for a period of time (representing the low intensity). Studies have shown that this way of training is very beneficial for maximum caloric burning! 👍🏼 But if it’s not your cup of tea, then it’s not your cup of tea…but I certainly wouldn’t call it “boring!” 😜
