Dear Desiree♥️thank youu: one of the best pilates and ballet workout I 've ever done. Because,you always associated with ballet, whatever workout you are presenting for us. That reversed plank🥵as usual was a killer especially when you added jumps with lifting 1 leg🤯

This is my first workout of yours . I do lots of strength and cardio but Pilates or yoga is usually once every week or so. This was definitely a workout. I feel stretched out and more flexible but it also had strength and cardio in there too. I was breathing hard at different times throughout. I’ll be back again

I loved this workout! I wore ankle weights, which I usually don’t do with a new workout. My form may have been compromised. I look forward to next time, I may omit the weights to get the form down.

Still for me the toughest workout on your channel. The rollover squat plank is a killer and dying by the last minutes of mountain climbers. The goal is to add the ankle weight but not there yet. Practice does make progress!

😵😵😵 Killer! Woohoo! Will have to work on those shoulder bridge with the jump. I felt I couldn't lift up that high the leg that was on the floor. But I did it all! Day 16 💕 Edit: I'd like to say that not only in this intense workout but in others as well, I appreciate how much I've learnt and progressed with you. And also I admire how strong you are. It takes a great deal of strength to make it look so effortless and elegant. The moment I try it I can tell how challenging it is and I'm always striving to get better at it. 💪🏻

Wooooo! 🔥 That was intense 🥵 but really fun too! This is the most playful workout you have ever made 💪 with all that sweat and cardio it was a true "fat melt" 🍦
Started gung ho. I'd even prepared my anke weights...after the 1st excercise, they were stored back on the shelf! Euh what the heck were those jumps? I could barely manage 3 inches off the floor and my leg was 30° max while Desiree jumped 10 inches and her leg was parallel to the mat! To summarize, a sweaty and challenging workout. I will definitely redo it over time to see if I've progressed.

Wow Day 14 was a total burn! 🔥 I love to see how much i've progressed in form and execution of the exercises, I feel so amazing afterwards. 🥰 This day was the perfect combination between the flowy full body burn from the flow HIIT and the more advanced and sweaty from this video. 💪🏻 And I can tell you that even though I've seen so much improvement in performing these workouts, they are still so challenging, effective and so much fun! ✨💕😊🔝

I have to wash my mat now. My thermostat is set cooler than "comfortable" in the majority of people's opinions, and I literally sweat like I was dancing without AC in the summer.
