    I started to work out after 2 whole years was trying to start but used to give up in few mins as my stamina had taken away, after this come 30 mins I didn't give up or even feel the need to give up completed and feel the burn and I feel so good and empowered.Thank you Agnes for curating such a good workout

    I used to do hard exercises and hiit workouts... and now I didn't have my period for 7 months .. I went to the doctor, she said there's nothing wrong and everything is fine.. I'm feeling so guilty bc I destroyed my body... But now, I saw your channel and I was like..... i can lose weight in a simple way I don't need those hard workouts... I hope i could get my period back m so angry with myself ☹️☹️ Plz plz tell me is it possible to get it back?????? I'll stop hard exercises and I'll only do yours I really feel comfortable and happy with them.🌸❤️‍🔥 but at the same time the guilt feelings about gaining weight makes me confused 💔💔💔💔 What should I do???? 😣😣😫

    Love this workout. It does really good for me. However that being said the music sets me on edge. It's like it's being planned on a warped record player. All the notes are off.
