Wow, love how you broke that up into alternating sets of ea move. I do something similar with releves and walk outs/planks w/ supermans, etc. However, I don't kick my butt like this workout will!!! thanks and you're awewome.

This one is an amazing amazing workout, I just love it! A great combination of cardio and toning with a lot of variety and fun. I'm not a great fan of cardio but this workout makes fat burning really enjoyable and keeps you motivated. Thank you so much lovely Desiree! xxxooo

I’m not very “techie.” Instead I’ve been doing “exercise previews” before the workout so you know what exercises you’re in for! 😘

This is one of my favorite workouts! 😍😍 It's so challenging and when you're doing these Spiderman - Planks I always think 'will I make it through these 45 seconds?' but I do and this is why I love it soo much.. I’m a dancer and have never been able to work my entire core in one work out. I usually do core one day and obliques the next and then alternate from there. Your workouts, however; have changed my workout routine! By doing this video I can not only work both my core and obliques, but I can also work my shoulders and hamstrings as well! Thank you so much!

illusen 7 Thank you so much for your lovely comment but I have to be honest with you, I really don’t have any hair secrets or special things I do or use. I haven’t cut it in forever, which is why it’s so long. From a far it looks healthy but if you look closely I have a lot of breakage, split ends, and damage. It’s probably from always putting it up in a bun with hair ties and bobby pins. I also used to wash my hair everyday but it got soooo dry...so now I wash it every other day or sometimes I go 3 days. I don’t use any products...just a Garnier shampoo and an Ogx conditioner. Merry Christmas!!! Xoxo 🥰❤️😘💖😉💜

I wanted to try Pilates and this is a good bridge for me. I am going through rough times with mental health and was feeling overwhelmed, but I was able to do this. It was challenging, but not overwhelming. I like your style of Pilates and your friendly environment helping people through your workouts and being very understanding. Just by hearing your voice, you sound like someone I would like to know. I hope that you have a good day and are doing well.
