How fun it was to try two more of your fabulous workouts! I first did your 30 minute Pilates HIIT from March 2020, but felt like I needed a little more, so I found this one. I used my "light" ankle weights and it was a killer! Thank you again for having such a variety of high quality and creative workouts!🤗🙏

A great one, wow 🙌🏻 Just added it to my weekly routine, I do one day your full body sculpt intermediate/advanced Pilates workout, another the intermediate one (great for those who love stretching) and another the full body HIIT burner workout all on a weekly rotation. depending on how I feel on my energy level I choose the appropriate one each day but make sure to accomplish them all in a week (ideally more than once) Lots of love from Greece !

I am going through this set of 8 weeks and I'm seeing how far I've come. I can lift my tights off the floor while on my stomach (1or 2 seconds while extending them since I couldn'tdo that when I started). This makes me want to keep improving. Your sessions are easy to follow, improving my strength, balance and flexibility in a everyday environment! LOVE You Sooo Much 😍

This is the best lower body workout I've ever done! Even at the first exercise I was already feeling the burn, I wonder how intense it would be with weights or elastic bands

Cecilia Aviles Sometimes it’s not about what exercises you do, but HOW you do them. All of my workouts will develop long lean muscles but it’s also important to keep in mind that when you’re engaging in your legs, you don’t grip them, but rather always think of lengthening them as if someone were pulling them. 👍🏼🥰💖💜

Did this yesterday and boy, did I enjoy it! Very effective and challenging enough. Fabulous workout for the whole lower body! This workout worked well even I've just had a wrist operation -- it doesn't contain movements that would absolutely need wrists. Thank you again for another fantastic workout! This one, too, will be my favorite!

There's no wrong answer to that...You can do it as many times as you'd like! I do recommend however that you alternate this workout with one of my full body workouts...it's good to mix it up and keep your muscles guessing. Thank you for your love and support! xo
Thank you for this video🥰💕 I have a problem with all prone exercises! I keep my lower abdomen tight in and up, but i feel discomfort and a little pain in my lower beck! I dont know is it because of the weakness of my lower back muscles, or I am doing the exercise in a wrong way ....? Can you help me please?💕🙏🏻💞

As long as you’re keeping your core activated, your lower back will be protected. The “pain” that you’re experiencing may just be that muscle “burn” sensation when you’re activating muscles that are perhaps weak or not used to being activated. Be sure when you’re lifting up in your back extension (besides thinking of your core engagement) think of lengthening out your spine and try to feel the energy shooting out of the crown of your head. So you have to think of going up AND OUT! 🥰💖💪🏼

I disagree…especially when you mix squats with other strengthening and lengthening movements. ALL my workouts will help you sculpt long lean muscles…look at me - I’m not bulky! 🥰🥰🥰
