This is a great warmup workout, not too taxing, gets you loosened up but your body is still ready to go as opposed to ready to rest like just stretching would do.

This is JUST EXACTLY what I needed. I left ballet 6 years ago and I miss it! I have been looking for a workout that helps me recover some of the lost flexibility and this is just exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much! 💕💕

This was awesome! I've been sore since I've been doing your longer workouts the past few days and needed more of a stretch today. This was exactly what I needed. I struggled a bit when my 5 year old got under me when we did some of the positions lol but other than that I did well.

great workout i work with packages all day and have back pain sometimes but with your workouts you always have great neck and back stretches so i have no problems now

I'm just really flashed right now. . First time I've struggled with the 'helicopter' and the Jeannie abs.. And many other combinations .. Could barely do them😢💐 This was the second #DansiqueFitness workout I've ever did and now, after both 4 weeks challenges later I finished everything! 💪❤️ Thank you so much Desirée! I have almost given up hope that I will ever be able to become more flexible.. But you showed me a new way that I just love.. I just finished this four week challenge (in five weeks) and I really enjoyed it! Though a lot of the leg moves were difficult (I'm a guy), I noticed increased flexibility towards the end. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

I treated myself to this yesterday as I've been meaning to actually spend some time stretching and really being in my body! I'm going to put a few of your amazing selections in a row for me for the days to come. Now if only I could be as lithe as well!

@@DansiqueFitness I know I'll recover my conditioning, but perimenopause has affected me in ways that feel so out of my control. ☹ Because, well, hormone changes and metabolism changes and I've just always had the same figure/shape until a couple of years ago. To an outsider it's subtle, (we're talking 10 pounds) and I'm trying to be gentle with myself. I'm holding faith that now that I'm able to go to group workouts up to 3 times a week and a lot more walking and getting to resume my roller skating and reducing sugar, I'll be happier in my corporeal self again. 🥰

I must confess that I wasn't a multitask person in the past... I would love every single flexibility program, but I hated everything that had to do with strength 😕 but thanks to you, I'm learning to incorporate both into my routines and I'm having incredible results! My flexibility is improving faster now that I'm getting stronger 💪

Hi Desirée, thank you so much for your workouts. I've been using them to rehab after a serious back injury and finding out that I have Ehlers-Danlos-- they've helped so much. I use your posterior chain workout from Nov. 24th 2017 everyday. Wondering if you could please do a video which focuses on shoulder bridges and variations (or other things for hip stabilization?) someday soon? Thanks again for this wonderful collection, and please let me know if there is a way to donate to you for your hard work.

I love your workouts. I have a question about this workout when I move forward toward my toes as you show I cannot go very far but if I hold on to me toes I can go much further is this because I need to stretch my legs more or because my stomach muscles are not strong enough to pull me down? I’m not a dancer but want to be more flexible and graceful

Rosandra Kaplan It definitely sounds like it’s more of a stretch issue than a strength issue. Keep up with all of my stretching workouts...you’ll get there! 😉
I love this one! I can't still do the dive movement yet (☹️) so i just extend the previous one! A question! I noticed I have more flexibility now but my legs still shake when I try to do some stretches, will that go away as I become more flexible?

Yes! Keep up with your stretches! Shaking happens when the muscles are tense or over working. Be sure you’re breathing deep in your stretches to help the muscles “relax!” 🥰🥰🥰

Omg it's just 4 minutes and I'm dead . Are these just stretches 😭I'm crying what will happen when I'll actually workout. Amazing stretches ❤️ but it'll take me way way way too long to get used to these stretches and hi to actual workout 😭 it'll take an year for me to lose weight if this is the how long I'm gonna take
