    Day 17 done! Wow this was a tough one I usually don't do cardio HIIT so this was so hsrd! I added some modification so it's low impact to protect my bad knees! Once I finished I felt really good!

    I really love your workouts! They are challenging and rewarding, thank you so much for the love and care you put in them. In the last few months i stopped because i got pregnant, i'm nearly 5 months now, i would like to do this workout since it's more cardio and doesn't exercise much the core, do you think is safe?     Telma T. Thank you for your lovely words! It’s hard to say...IF you do decide to try it, definitely go at a slower pace...I’d also take out all the jumping components...for example, with the “knee ups,” don’t jump, just alternate lifting knees without the jump. Everyone is different and I don’t know your previous exercise history, so please just listen to your body whenever you’re doing anything physical! Stay safe! Xoxo 😘

    making my way through all your videos and this is a great cardio! Gosh I looks so forward to doing these workouts every day. they help so much with stress etc. I'm leaving your ballet for last. I can't wait to start learning ballet moves and adding it to body sculpting. Is it ever too late in life to do ballet?? I hope not!

You’ve created another signature workout that gets your heart rate up, improves your flexibility and tones you up all at the same time, consisting of completely original moves - like the knee crunch/ side leg lift combo.     It’s going to be different for everyone…based on age, weight, amount of effort, speed, etc. I actually don’t have an Apple Watch so I have no clue how many calories I burn - I should get one! 🤔🤔🤔

    Seriously!, do you know how dangerous this would be...;-) rather be taken out by your 3 year HIIT than a danger flu tho'. May try each one d/sesperately and build up to complete if that is ok with you. xox ps take tomorrow off...;-)
