This was wonderful to do after work today. With my 4lb dumbbells and 2lb ankle weights on, this was challenging, intense, and fun all at the same time. I’ll be trying this again with my 5lb ankle weights eventually. Loved this one!!!

This is honestly one of my favorite workouts ever 🥰! It incorporated all of the muscle groups and just when I neared the end of it the first time I did it I thought "Well, definitely great! Only if it had some prone exercises as well...". Then soon after the mini prone section kicked in. Totally fabulous - only 45 minutes, incredible burn, but still enjoyable. Thank you, Desirée💙!

I came back to this routine today as I have been feeling a bit off and emotional and I remembered how much I love these variations and the inclusion of light weights. I definitely felt the burn and achieved a good sweat too! I feel SO much better with these endorphins flowing and a feeling of accomplishment and improved wellbeing. I LOVE your workouts

45mins? save it I said. But I kept creeping back for a butchers (I;m english!) Temptation took over and so I just did it. what a delight. This was fabulous with some tough variations of mostly intergrated core work. AWESOME! Beautiful interval stretches too which truly helps you to keep form and technique throughout the session. Thank you for another gem gorgeous girl. Hearts from London❣

Desirée, this class is so much fun! It’s creative and varied in exercises, and I really enjoyed it. Some moves were hard for me today but I didn’t them. All of them. Ok...so this is your favorite workout....I know I say this with all of them but this an cobo pilates cardio boost are so amazing! I say this all the time but honestly thank you for all the different challenges it makes us that much stronger and definitely excited for the next one. 😍💥💪

Day 19. Now that I did it I can reaffirm that it was as good as it looked like and made me feel even better. 🥰💪🏻🥰 I love how you can mix your strengthen and stretching method along with all your Ballet background and adding a simple prop as dumbbell, and come up with such a unique and complete workout. You're a blessing Desiree. I've been enjoying this challenge a lot. 💕💕💕
