30 Min Full Body Workout at the Beach- No Equipment HIIT Circuit Workout
Today I’m bringing you a super fun, fast paced 30 minute full body workout with a beautiful view in front of the beach. This is a circuit, ladder style workout. We’ll be doing 4 rounds of exercise with two exercises each, starting at 7 reps each and working down to 1. Take as much or as little rest as you need. No equipment is needed, so just grab a mat (or a towel if you’re at the beach too) and let’s crush this workout together. Don’t be afraid to modify pushups, burpees, and squat jumps- you can always work up to doing the full exercises. You got this!
Warm Up
Round 1- Squats and Sit Ups
Round 2- Lunges and Pushups
Round 3- Squat Jumps and Burpees
Round 4 (Core) Arch Body Rock and Hollow Body Rock
Cool Down
