Are you ready to get fit by working out everyday?
If you want to get in shape, lose fat, lose weight, or burn calories then you absolutely need to perform daily physical exercise!
And it doesn't need to be fancy or complicated--you don't necessarily need a gym membership or special cross-fit programs or use any gym equipment. You can exercise easily at home by doing body-weight exercises. But the key is to be consistent and do it regularly!
And this what today's workout is for. It's a 30-day challenge you must do everyday if you want to get fit and look good in one month.

    Do each exercise followed by 30seconds of rest. Exercise: 1. Running In Place - 40 reps 2. Side Lunges - 16 reps 3. Reach Through - 20reps 4. Heel Touch - 20 reps 5. Fire Hydrant - 20 reps 6. Tricep dips - 20 reps 7. Walk downs - 12 reps 8. Scissor kicks - 30 reps 9. T Plank - 10 reps 10. Forward jump - 12 reps 11. Knee push ups - 10 reps 12. Running In Place - 40 reps.

    I have been doing this workout for 4 days now but I don't have a sore body . On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel. You may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet.     Hey, @maheksota2219! I can say you'll be able to see results in 3-4 weeks but just how much and how soon exactly will depend on your body's response to the workout.
