What is it please tell because i am struggling to lose weight
I’m going to do this for 2 weeks everyday as a teenager start weight: 130 goal weight: 120 (for now) 1st day: ✅ i did it twice 2nd day:✅ i did it 3 times 3rd day: ✅ i did it twice 4th day: ✅ i did it once ( tired ) 5th day: ❌ i didnt do it 6th day: ✅ i did it twice 7th day: ❌ update i lost a pound but i havent been eating the greatest so… maybe thats why i havent lost more but we have another week so yay like to remind me!! 2nd week 1st day:✅ i did it twice cheer for me 🥳 2nd day:✅ once its a monday so pretty busy 3rd day:✅ i binge ate so i did it twice 4th day:✅im used to it so i finish it so fasr 5th day:✅ yes 6th day:✅ yes + a few other workouts 7th day:✅ YES OKAY so i lost 4 pounds of fat and i see a big difference ive been eating healthier more protien lots of water good sleep and also i was in a calorie deficit of 1600 anddd i got i just walked more + exercised im actually really happy and more confident thanks for being with me throughout the journey guys :) and also START NOWWW

I’ve done this workout for about 4 days and I’ve already lost 0,9 kg! But I’ve also eaten healthier and went on walks but this is a great workout! So for anyone who’s struggling with their body image, keep going you won’t regret it!❤❤❤

I'm doing this for 15 days, and I'm going to update my measurements at the week mark (I'm a teen, btw lol) Starting measurements: Waist: 34 inches Stomach: 34 inches *No specific diet* *Drank loads of water* *lessened my food intake* Starting date: July 16, 2024 Day 1: ✅️ i did this and another 10 min workout from roberta along with some others, so i did about 35 mins in total Day 2: ✅️ i did this 2x today and another 10 min one twice and a 30 min one from this channel. In total, I did 70 mins today 😂 Day 3: ✅️ Did it with my twin sister 50 mins in total Day 4: ✅️ I did 70 mins, but I did this and another 10 min abs workout from another channel in the morning and did 50 mins later in the day with my sister Day 5: ✅️ I did 50 mins in total, 40 mins of roberta and 10 mins from another channel Day 6: ✅️ I did 74 mins. 20 mins in the morning along with 45 sit ups and 5 push ups and 43 second Plank (did it with my bro for maybe 4 mins) and i did the 50 mins. For the first 20 mins we were good but for the next 30 mins oh my... i just lazed through it but i completed it nonetheless. 74 mins in total Day 7: ✅️ woooo so glad I'm down a week. 8 days left guys😂 I did 80 mins Update : i see a difference however its not so obvious. so I lost an inch or 2, my thighs are more toned, my face is also more sculpted, and my arms and core is more strong and my stomach is a bit smaller ----------------------------------‐--------------- Day 8: ✅️ I did 70 mins in total Day 9: .....pending End date: July 31, 2024 Like to remind me lol 😂❤️
Hey guyss, I've been seeing people say they'll tell their progress but most of them don't. So I did this for 10 days. Heres what happened. PS - I did this workout mixed with the 7 days workout ( another video of Roberta's gyms ) so this is both of the workouts mixed progress along with consistency and trying to eat healthy ( key word - TRYING LOL ) Age - 15 Normal weight for 15 yo - 55kg My weight before - 58kg Goal - 52kg I kind of let myself go so I'm just tryna regain myself back, for self improvement and just generally become healthier. Day 1 - I found this video at night and I was pretty excited so I did it at night. The workout itself was kind of hard. Not that hard. But I struggled a lot with planks. Others were generally exercises I knew so not that difficult. I ended the night with a cold cup of black coffee and a cold shower. I also got a good amount of sleep ( 7 hours ) so when I woke up I felt pretty great. Not seen the progress yet but I felt a bit lighter and easier. Day 2 - I woke up bright and early to exercise before school LOL. I got up around 4 to get all of it done but I slept very early so I felt rlly energized. I did both the 7 days and 10 days workouts. After brushing my teeth before I started the workouts I drank warm water with a lemon slice plus two eggs because do not exercise on a empty stomach if you don't want to feel light headed. It was good workout. Its getting easier. Planks was a bittttt easier. Loved the workout , then went for a little walk. Took a cold shower then went to school. At night I also did it. I ended both the workouts with cold cup of coffee and a cold shower. And ( 7 hours ) of sleep. Day 3 - Woke bright and early again. Drank lemon water again and had sandwich ( lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes ) it was not good LOL. And then started the workouts. Always eat before exercise. Today I flew through the exercises. I also skipped the breaks. I was tired yes but felt SO good. Planks was def easier than before. Still getting used to both the workouts. The 7 day one was much more harder tbh. Loved it again and went for a walk. It was soothing and tranquil. Then took a cold shower. Went to school again. Pretty good day. At night I did both the workouts again. I also forgot to mention I eat what I usually eat for dinner. Just a little bit less of an portion. After workout drank the cold cup of coffee again and slept like a BABY! had a little less amount of sleep today ( 5 hours ). Day 4 - I woke up early. Before school. Because of yesterdays lack of sleep I was just a lil less energized but after I ate yesterday nights leftovers. And the lemon drink. Did the workouts. LOOOOORRRRRRDDD it was soooo much easier. Planks was fairly easier. I did 15 more seconds. Then went to school after the walk. I took a walk to the park. It was so calm. I felt the difference. My body felt easier. At night I went through the same cycle. Dinner, exercise, coffee, then sleep EARLY. Got 6 hours so I was fine. Day 5 - Halfway mark!!! I did both the workouts early in the morning. No school today so I woke up at 6. The exercises are so easy now. Honestly. I can see my waist is a bit more snatched. Lost a bit of belly fat. I have a little belly now. I am so happy rn. I went for a walk. Also forgot to mention during the whole period I drank LOTS of water. Both the workouts are much more easier. I also drank the lemon water and had avacado toast for breakfast before all of that. At night I did the same. Both exercises. Cold coffee. Sleep well. Half way mark result Weight before - 58kg Weight now - I am happy to say when I stepped on the scale i lost 3kgs. Omggg. So my weight now is 56kg. Day 6 - I woke up early at 6 today too. Had lemon water and a yogurt bowl. Before walking I got in some studying. Then walked. Had a cold shower. It was very cozy resting after all that. My waist is SNATCHED! I lost a fair amount of belly weight. Also noticed thighs got a bit thinner. Good progress NGL. Loved the morning. At night THE SAME CYCLE. Eat, exercise, cold coffee, sleep well. Day 7 - My weekends over LOL. Got up at 4 again. At first I hated waking up now I don't mind. I stepped on the scale after the walk ( today I ran a bit too ) but I lost 1 kg. Im at 55kg now. I'm so excited honestly. My thighs no progress. My legs no progress :( but my belly's significantly more thinner. Lost belly fat. That's it for today. Also my mom said I looked skinnier :D At night ( same cycle. I've bored you enough LOL ) Day 8 - I woke up at 6 today. Missed school I was sick. So I only did this videos workout. Took a shower. but I had the lemon water ( it also helped with cold!! ) and I had the traditional sick food soup. Yummy! Not much activeness today. At night I didn't take the shower though I did only this videos exercise too. Day 9 - still was sick but woke up early. Drank lemon water and had yogurt bowl again. Did both the workouts cuz I was missing to much progress. Went for a walk. Came back, showered, went to school. At night I had kind of a cheat meal. I ate 3 donuts. Felt guilty so doubled the workouts. Veryyy tiring. drank cold coffee and showered n slept. I noticed so much progress. Lost almost all belly fat. Thighs were thinner. my build was so much slimmer. Felt better and easier too!! Day 10 - FINAL DAY! I went for two walks this morning. (Dad couldn't drop me of at school) and I missed the bus. I ate Greek yogurt and a mango with lemon water. Doubled both exercises again to compromise for donuts. Walked, again walked to school. Tiring day. At night I doubled the workout again. Since its the last day. Drank coffee. Slept. Stepped on the scale lost two kg. Didn't hit the goal but super proud So final results! Before - 58kg Goal - 52kg Now - 53kg Belly is GONE. Thighs and legs no progress. Arm fat also reduced. I feel easier.more active in sports. PS - Let me be honest. I am a active sport player. I played sports during this. So maybe that's why I had good progress. I also drank lots of water. I had a wonderful support system. I (maybe?) Ate healthy. The showers also helped. I found this Channel very helpful. I'll continue like this ( but a lil less harsh ) I ate a small amount of lunch. Overall amazing. Hope you found this helpful. Thank you💙

@@sugarcane3265 I am not vegan so I have like no idea but one of my cousin is and she lives on vegan bagels, and overnight oats (I'd recommend overnight oats its SO GOOD.) I don't really know if you'll like it though. Tiktok has some tasty healthy vegan options😋

Doing this for 2 weeks to step it up a notch!! Day 1: I was sweating profusely but one thing's for sure is that this is easier than the other workouts that i have done! Thanks a lot Roberta! Day 2: Did it as usual, the entire time i was thinking about my summer body but i got through at the end! Day 3: Finished! Honestly for the past two days I've been doing it wrongly so when i did it correctly today it hurts a lot honestly 😭 (but far more easier than the two days)

Hey Roberta! Just started this workout as over the past year I've gotten to be a bit of a chubby 13 (almost 14 (in December)) year old, quite puffed after this one, have tried others but some are too easy or too hard, anyway, this is the best overall by far! 50 Jumping Jacks and 10 sec plank were the two I struggled with, once I get fitter I might increase numbers of exercises e.g. 12 side bends to 20. Am doing this workout now twice a day, before breakfast and before dinner, fell amazing by bedtime! Have already gone from 85kg to 83kg in just two days! Please, please, please keep putting out these amazing videos for the community! Great Job! - Sam from SPL

@@southlandemergency there is no way you lost 5 pounds in 2 days, either you had dieted (only water no food), or you had over exercised, not being rude just saying
hi!! i've been doing this exercise video and a different one for my legs/thighs, here's my results so far: day one- really out of breath but got a good sweat ✅ day two- kept procrastinating but got it done, felt nice✅ day three- felt a bit easier, i went faster than the video✅ day four- i cant tell any difference but i'm also just doing this once a day so doing it more definitely would help✅ day five- i took a break 😊 sometimes a break is needed so we don't overwork ourselves too much!!❌ day six- definitely easier and i think i can see myself flattening a bit!✅ day seven- it went alright nothing new✅ day eight- idk why but i was really sweating but it was good✅ day nine- was very easy ✅ day ten- didn't do since it was a holiday!❌ day eleven- i did it double since yesterday i didnt and it was tough because i was sore✅ KEEP IN MIND!! i'm not doing anything specific to my diet which would definitely make the progress faster if i was, my weight hasn't changed yet either. i'll try to remember to keep updating this😊 if you're thinking about doing this workout i definitely suggest it, it's very simple and a great start to accomplish your goals.
For the past two years, I've been struggling with my weight and body image. Just going to give the update here since it also helps me be motivated day I work nights so it's a bit difficult to fit exercise into my routine My current weight -61 kg My goal-55 kg Day1: Felt like an old machine was creaking, my muscles were sore after the workout. I was so tired Day2: It already felt easier. I didn't even realise when I reached the end of the workout Day3: It was difficult to workout today. My muscles were cramping which made it even harder. I do not see progress yet weight-wise which might be because I am not a strict diet plan. However, I realise I gotta stick to it for 10 days to see the results. What I observed is feel more energized throughout the day Day 4: I feel a little energized today. It was a good workout and I already feel like I am shredding inches. I see it in my face. Although, the weighing machine does not show much difference yet. I skipped Day 5 and Day 6 due to period pain😢 Day 5: Back at it again. More energized than ever. I slept for 10 hours today and it was totally worth it. Today is a Monday so I want to be full of energy. I finished my workout quite faster today than I expected besides the fact that there was a 2 day gap. Pain is worse today so taking a gap today

I've started just tonight itself. Hope I'll lose weight of atleast 5 Kgs in a month. I've currently gained so much weight & my clothes (especially the formal pants don't fit anymore & I look very funny when I try one.) I'm currently sweating out right now since I exercised a few mins back. (Taking a reference of the exact exercises shown in the video clip). Anyway thanks a lot for posting. Day 1: I already have been working out at least a few times a month but I stopped for half a year cuz I was sacrificing that time for my relationship. Broke up with him and today was the day I said I had enough and I did a 20 min workout! ( 10 mins of this and 10 mins of the belly losing one!) It’s been so long since I have worked out and today felt SO AMAZING. My goal rn is finishing this 10 days and then having more confidence to go to a gym and getting proper and more intense workouts once again Day 2: worse than yesterday in terms of my muscles HURTING BAD. But i found that I could do the exercises with more ease than yesterday! No significant changes yet which is fine, it takes more than 2 days to lose weight really fast! If anyone is wondering, I am 70kg before my first day, my aim rn is just getting fit enough and more confident to get back into a real gym with real equipment! Day 3: ngl I wasn’t doing my best, but I still did the workout and pushed through! Day 4: feeling more pumped than ever, I did more than 20 mins today, felt amazing! I can see a bit of progress but consequences for not doing yesterday’s workout properties hit HARD. Hopefully tomorrow I will do better! Day 5: I am so sorry :( I had a unmotivated energy. Instead of doing the workout, I went out and did a lot of walking. I know tmr will be hell. Day 6: Just about to do it! Hopefully I am not going to die. Update: It SUCKED Day 7: I did leg day! It was hell. But I feel really good about my body! I have a few bruises here and there but I like to think that it is making my skin tougher! Feeling great! Day 10: okayy I did a full hour of this! I felt guilty for being sick for two days and wanted to get back into the grind! Felt amazing! It’s going to be hell tmr but hey, worth it!

Hi. Im gonna do this workout for the whole summer. So, I'm 14y.o, 49kg and my height is 158cm. Thighs: 42cm. Desired result: 45kg, 35cm (thighs). I will eat whatever i want and i will do other workouts too, additionaly, im a dancer so, i hope it will work!! Day 1: done. it was hard, but bearable, average difficulty, I would say. on this day I did only 1 approach and was actively engaged in super energetic dancing for 1-1.5 hours and there was no pain. but the next morning there was terrible pain in the waist and arms. it was hard to raise my hands. Day 2: it was difficult, but I did great. I just finished, so I don’t know yet whether I will still practice today, since I still have pain. also, maybe I'll dance today, I'll see. Upd: I danced for 20 min, cause I just didn’t have the strength. I think I did a good job. tomorrow I will try to do two sets of these exercises, but my waist hurts terribly 😢 Day 3: done 🤷🏻♀️ more easier than first two days Day 4: done. I got used to this workout and now after workout my whole body doesn’t hurt 😍 so today I will add another workout for my legs, wish me luck!! Upd: i did another workout for my legss :D Day 5: done!! it's becoming easier actually. i did another workout for my legs and i feel really good. tomorrow i will add more other workouts. and by the way, it seemed to me that my legs began to look thinner!! I will continue doing this workout 💪🏻 Day 6: donee Day 7: day off, i had a rest Day 8: nope. it was a dancing day. im sorry guys, i promise I'll continue from tomorrow 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Day 3 complete i do this 2 times in day i don't really know if i change or not and i don't have weight machine to check but it feels very light and my face is glowing and this is the one of the simple exercises I liked it✨
I am so happy of my body now I have done this for 10 weeks and it change my body so much and I have been eating a lot more healthy and I just want to say thank you you guys have change my body which has made me so happy

Day 1: I’ve never done a push up in my whole life and finally learned today. I love how we get rests because I’m out of shape and need them. I was tired after the work out but it was worth it. I’ll keep you posted.

I DID IT! Ive completed 10 days of this. I went from 55kg to 5.26kg (121lbs to 115lbs) ‼️ Its not that hard. Just bc of that, doesnt mean im gonna stop working out. Goodluck to everyone who is doing this too. All the best ❤️

I am 19 yrs old, 1.80 cm and weighs 85kg. I tried this workout and after just 10 days, I lost 3kg! Although I accompanied it with calorie deficit, I limited my food intake by 1k calories a day. I highly recommend you to follow this workout plan if you want to lose weight, you just have to be religious towards it and I promise you will see great results. Do this twice or thrice a day if you are starting to get the hang of it, then you will surely achieve better outcome. If I can do it, im sure you can too. I'd be praying for our success. I'm trying this for 10 days: Current Weight: 108 lbs Goal: 100lbs Day 1: Had to do this at night, but it was tough. Hope that tomorrow will be better

this is so new to me, we just started April break and im hoping to get a “glow up”! I searched for hours looking for videos that allow breaks and DONT make me feel bad. Ty Roberta for making these videos! 😁 edit: im also doing 6 other workouts so I workout at least 1 hr 30 mins a day. Im also going ot start watching what I eat, going for runs, being more active and worrying abt me.

this serves as a great warmup before dancing! I’ll be trying this for a while. *Day 1 - Friday:* ✅ (from Friday until Saturday, I paired it with another 5 min ab workout and always danced afterwards for at least an hour.) *Day 2 - Saturday:* ✅ *Day 3 - Sunday:* ❌ *Day 4 - Monday:* ✅ (after this day, I started the workout with a 10 min plank. Before doing so, in this day I danced for 5 mins.) *Day 5: Tuesday:* ✅ (I danced for an hour before the workout.) *Day 6: Wednesday:* ❌ *Day 7: Thursday:* ✅ ------------------ - . • * *Note!* + * ‘ - _I didn’t actually take any body measurements, so I’m judging my results by what I see in the mirror. There hasn’t been much of a difference visually, but this has helped me with resistance and strength during my dance training._ *Update #1:* After 5 concise days of doing this + a 10 min plank, dancing, drinking at least 64 oz of water and intuitive eating focused in protein and MY caloric needs, I notice my core is stronger and can see upper abs slightly. _The main difference lies in my arms and abs._

1st day - ✔️ 2nd day - ✔️ 3rd day - ✔️ 4th day - ✔️ 5th day - ✔️ 6th day - ✔️ 7th day - ✔️ 8th day - ✔️ 9th day - ✔️ 10th day - ✔️ .... I didn't weigh myself too much, I looked more at the fact that I was improving in the exercise and I was less breathless. The first few days I didn't restrict myself in food, then I downloaded the calorie table app and I try to follow it now. I will definitely continue with the next exercise. However, I don't think that 10 minutes a day will make you lose several kilos in 10 days. But can I see my stomach is a little bit more defined now. ✨

I’ve done this for 9 days so far, every day. The results are insane. I honestly was not expecting much at all let alone so quick from such a short workout. I feel so much better and stronger, clothes look better on me, I think even my face is more sculpted. I combine this with about half an hour of elliptical treadmill while watching a tv show, so it doesn’t feel like much effort 😅

@@attiliaagnesi3715 yes!! although to be fair i naturally lose weight pretty fast, but this exercise helped me look super toned too. i really recommend u try it!!! make some time each day and commit to it - it’s hard, and u will be sore, but it’s worth it!!!! also for me personally i made some of them a bit harder for me to make it extra challenging - like i did real burpees instead of cheat burpees, real pushups, and held the superman pose for longer. But everyone is different, so do whatever works for you

I have some experience with this work out, but now I am going to try my hardest to go for 20 days, despite never making it to 10! I will be doing this workout after a different 15 minute workout I found. Ill post updates here for motivation! Day 1: Im happy as I was finally able to do the 8 pushups! But I still cant fully do the leg drops, I WILL be able to by the time I get to day 9 mark my words! I feel way better now, hopefully I dont wake up feeing depressed again tomorrow! Day 2: I was pretty slow this day, but was able to do better in some exercises I had previously struggled with! Thanks for the support Roberta! Day 3: Was only able to do half today because I had a band concert, but nonetheless it was a good workout! I have no scale unfortunately so I can’t see my progress, so im just hoping for now.

Trying this for 2 months straight And I will document my progress Day 1- definitely feel it, hardest one was the jumping jacks ( I did 70 instead of 50) I already feel better about myself Day 2- Really enjoying it! Dad didn’t do it today but I did, hardest one was the leg ups or whatever, feeling good and today my abb area hurt Sorry for no updates, I sencearly thank you rebbecas gym, since I’ve started this I’ve lost 20 pounds.. I’ve also been eating healthier playing sports being more active and lifting Weights but this is a big part of it, thank you and I will continue to update it

I’ll track my progress here to make sure I stay motivated! Day 1: I can’t drink any water because I’m fasting and omg my lungs are on fire I can’t wait to get the 10 days over with it 😭 I’m currently 59kg and 5’3 and want to lose some weight and bodyfat before the summer! Day 2: I took a break for a week but now I’m starting again and the workout felt much easier than the first day Day 3: Disappointed in myself I took another break and I havent been eating healthy very easily, but im trying to build up discipline

hi guys i started this exercise from yesterday and this is the result day 1 kinda easy and i walk 5000 steps a day from april1 day 2 feel a lot easy and noting changed day 3 i did it day 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 i couldnt do it because i had some work day 11 going to start again day 12 did 2 times kinda hard of course no changes and gonna do some zumba and 3min exercise
Trying this exercise for 10 weeks! This might be a little challenging but I’m gonna work through it! I want to have a glow up for school! Which ends in 6 weeks! Day 1: This was a little hard for the first day! Did it two times for the day! Hopefully day 2 is an improvement ! (Day 4) I had to skip two days because I was busy but here is day 4 in total. I did not struggle like I did on day 1! This is really helpful! Day 10: So I lost about 20 pounds! I wasn’t able to show my results because I went for a run then went to sleep after every workout. Thanks Roberta for this amazing workout! I am continuing doing this and I’ll give an update on may 24!

I’m on day 1, I’ve been slacking workout and been pretty lazy these few days and have grown much fat, It’s tiring but it is so much fun to see progress with this workout!

I didn't remember from how many days I am doing this workout but the results are excellent I lost 6 kgs with my intermittent fasting my weight was stuck from 3 years ...thanks for this workout

@kristina it depends If you include healthy food with it, but yeah it does I think I lost 3 pounds in 1 month

I’m at the end of day one and I’ve decided the best way for me to do this is to do it in the morning after I rinse my body and then just before I have a shower before bed. I’ve not seen physical progres (obv) but I feel better in myself and I know this will work! I’ll edit every day :) Day 2: I was only able to do one workout today and I got to do it with my sisters! I found today’s plank a lot easier but my arms ache Day 3,4 & 5: I got my period and was I’ll and basically couldn’t get out of bed so I missed them.. I’ll just start again or make up for them missed days

Hi n1ghtrxse, Thank you for sharing your experience. Results differ depending on things like on your current weight, height, age, gender, and metabolism and how hard you train so you really have to do it to find out for yourself. You would also need to watch your diet-avoid grains, sugar and junk foods. Good luck and hope you do exercise. 💪

@@RobertasGym yes thank you I am cutting down to one sweet test a day which might seem still a lot but compared to what I used to eat it rly isn’t :)
I am starting today to have a glow up when I go to middle school in a few motnhs I saw a comment that if you do this 2 times a day there will be a difference, I will be doing this exercise for 10 days, I will uptade with the results!

Hi! I’m trying this out (I’m a young teen)I’ll update you guys on it! I’ll also be on a 1300 calorie deficit so yeah Starting wieght : 109 pounds Goal : 100-105 pounds DAY 1 : it was hard since I haven’t done exercise in a while- DAY 2: I’m still getting used to it I like the burn lol

I'll track my progress here to make sure i dont loose motivation (again) Day 1: Although it felt tough, it made sweat like craaaaaaazy😅 hopefully tommorow i could do it twice Day 2: I've done it once (definitely felt easier but I still got sweaty) I'll do it again in the evening

Day 1:Found some exercise difficult to do.Couldn't complete the workout.But felt strong and energetic afterwards. Day 2: completed the workout.felt strong.Still no change in the body fat.Hope for the change next day.

It sure is hard, @user-pf4de3fc5y! If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪
This exercise helped me in d starting of the lockdown n now m here again to lose more weight since my college is going to start 😃 .

Updates Day 1 : Have did yoga previously so was not hard, but definitely made me sweat a little (its winter now) and made me huff. (Only doing a set a day) Day 2: I was scared whole day thinking why the area around my ovaries were paining suddenly 😂 just realised it's due to the exercise😅. Worked well if I got cramps, feel better after doing this today.(once the cramp will be gone i will do 2 sets a day, but still one set) Day 3: Hip muscles still cramped while my calf muscles have cramp since today morning. I find myself doing these a lot easily than before.
Guys well i am here after you can say 16 days and I want to tell you that it really works I made a diet plan I'm following my diet I'm doing this daily and i was 133 pounds but now I am 130 pounds and inshallah soon I'm gonna reach my goal so don't lose hope if someone wants to ask something I'm here.

I'm trying to have an as-quick-as-possible glow-up so I think I will be doing this for 10 days! Today is my first day, I did it 2 times and it felt great, so I will try my best to maintain my streak and lose as much weight as I can. Starting weight: 74.4KG. Day 1: It was alright, I've done this twice + one of their 'Lose 10 pounds in a week' video and it' feel alright. Day 2: My hands and such hurt pretty badly tho, maybe I've overworked for a bit so I reduce the intensity and the amount of work I do, but after all it's alright tho. 2nd day: 73.8KG. After workout: 73.05KG. Day 3: My hands and legs hurt less than they were the last day. I think I've found the perfect spot of workout for me to do. It's actually so effective and I can already see a little different to some of my body part, I also feel stronger and a lot better now. 3rd day: Start - 73.15KG, after workout: 72.75KG. Just in 3 days and I've already lost 1.6KG, this is out of the world. Further more, since the day I started doing the workout, I have also been more careful with the amount of food I eat, so i think it's a great improvement on my weight and also my stomach at the same time. Day 4: My hands don't hurt anymore, and my legs hurt less than it was 3 days ago. I'm also feeling a lot more energetic in general, less breathless and a lot more active than ever. 4th day: Start - 72.9KG, after workout: 72.3KG. This is fantastic, and I'm optimistic that if I can maintain this streak, I will lost 8-10KG in just a month, which is my goal. Didn't do Day 5 tho, because I had a big test today. I will give further updates for the next days tho. Really couldn't make it for Day 6 either, we are having an unplanned trip today and I don't have much free time. I will give update from tomorrow tho, because I'll be much more free since then. Day 7: I'm finally back to the track! Because it has already been 2 dayss since the last time, I've decided to go for an easy restart by doing only one of these. Even after 2 days of not doing it, I still no longer feel any pain after doing the workout. Unfortunately, because I've eaten quite a lot these 2 previous days, my weight has gone back to 73.7KG. I will try my best and update further. 7th day: Start: 73.7KG, after workout: 73KG. I will try my best to complete and achieve my goals. Day 8: It's all going very smoothly with not much special things so I would just leave a quick update here about my weight. 8th day: Start: 73.1KG, after workout: 72.4KG. Day 9: I've been over-eating today 😭So my weight rose back to 73.8KG, but the workout is really effective and overall my weight came back to 72.8KG, which is really good. Now, instead of feeling exhausted, I enjoyed the workout and it relieves my stress :D. Day 10: Last day of it. Let me tell you something. I don't really get that much slimmer, or as much as it sounds like, this is due to the fact that I'm still over-eating a lot due to my anxiety and stress, and overall if I just cut off carbs, I can't really be very productive- This is important because I'm a student in the last grade of middle school and if I just starved myself (like the day I dropped to 72-ishKG), I will not have the energy to do school works, so I ended up barely lighter than first day (last day: 73.3KG). HOWEVER, there are quite a lot of good things that happens to me in my 10 days. 1st. I think that my stomach, my legs and hands got smaller by a tiny bit. 2nd. My muscles (especially hand muscles) are actually quite a bit stronger than it was 10 days ago. My gripping topped out at 50-ishKG, after the workout, I can do better and it's now at ~60KG. 3rd. I feel a lot better overall, I know that myself are working out everyday, not just because of the weight but also for the sake of my health. 4th. I'm now a lot more energetic, I can do a lot of exercises without feeling that exhausted comparing to 10 days ago, I enjoy working out a lot more and also got breathless less than I was. Overall, even tho my weight isn't very different, I think there were more important changes other than just the weight itself. I will come back after I've finished the big test in like a month and re-do everything again, with an aim to actually lost weight!

@@muhammadzoraizumair2098 i think its full body weight, since its not really the belly thats changed dramatically but everything changes slightly (a little smaller belly, a little smaller legs, things like that)

doing this every single day! height: 161cm weight: around 77kg or more goal weight: 65kg diet: 2 and 1/2 meals a day, breakfast just something light and avoid snacks/junk food/fizzy drinks day 1: jumping jacks were the hardest but i think it wasn't too bad, will def try again tmrw! i might go on a little walk after this rest day 2: was a little bit easier than yesterday, but still can't do the dips. will work on it. i didn't go on a walk yesterday so i might go one one today instead just for 15-20 minutes day 3: was way easier than the 1st day, feeling healthy but didn't go on walk like said. dips are a bit easier to do now and i promise i will go on a walk during the next few days/weeks. trying to eat healthy as possible and i hope it works out day 4: i decided to start another workout while doing this one. it is called "20 min standing abs workout" that is also from roberta, and i really don't regret it. though it takes a lot of effort, it will be worth it in the end and i hope this shows asap! i also went on a walk today like promised and i think i'll be doing this everyday untill i see a difference! i feel way stronger in my body. my knee does hurt quite a bit but it doesn't stop me from doing this workout. i tried to eat as little as i could today and yesterday and i also tried to eat more vegetables, so i hope everything works out with the amount of effort i am putting in. thanks roberta. UPDATE!!!! i just weighed myself and i am 82kg. i am so sad about that but i did think i would be over 80kg. today i mark myself as 82kg and will update on day 10 to see if i lost weight or not! thanks again roberta, i hope your channel grows day 5: i am sweating sooo much and i think that my legs are sore because of the walk/jog i went on yesterday and not to mention that i also started the other routine so it is harder for me, but i managed to do it fine and i hope i can lose weight! dips are easy to do now and i feel stronger than ever. idk if i see a difference bc i didn't take before and after photos but i do think it works well (imo). i have been trying to avoid snacks and junk food which has been hard but i am working on it. i didn't go on a walk today because i am so sore but tmrw i think my school is going on a walk that is the cross country route so i hope that i can feel better on that walk and to the workout at home after school. thanks roberta day 6: skipped cause i am in too much pain, will start again tmrw day 7: sweating a LOT, i smell bad too lmao but it wasn't too bad. my muscles stopped hurting, though, my knee still hurts but it doesn't bother me too much. i will weigh myself tmrw and if not tmrw then i will do it on day 10. thanks roberta day 10: sorry for not updating, i currently have a knee injury and i might continue next week because i DO need to lose weight before the end of this year. thanks roberta
