Saved this design ... love the eat-in kitchen and the upper floor, that can be the master bedroom with work station. First house design I saw with a reading nook, unique😊. elevated home next time please 😊

Love the flow of this home. Nice open floor plan downstairs. Only change I would do is remove the desk from the upstairs bedroom, but overall I love this house!!

Beautiful cottage home! I’d like to make a few suggestions based on my personal tastes. I’d like to see a larger cased opening going from living room into hallway. In the kitchen by the sink, some smaller open shelving would look good for extra glasses etc. You could also incorporate some extra storage under the stairs. I personally would turn the kitchen table the other direction because it would make the room feel longer. In the bathroom, the small stairs by the tub feel like a safety hazard but they do look nice. 👍

I am beginning to think that having the front door entrance open directly onto the sitting room, is a very American thing - which I admit I cannot get on board with. It is not endearing, practical or particularly cosy to have that kind of set up, although I do appreciate that if space is limited, it is unavoidable, but I do not think that’s the case here.

There is storage under the staircase. I saw a door there.

This house is beautiful, and very well appointed. It could easily be a 4 bedroom home. I like that the living room is spacious enough, in many newer designs the living rooms just seem to have enough of a place to sit. I think the living room should make a statement of how the rest of the house looks and feels

You certainly have a flair for loft areas. The living room is a bit small and the entranceway should be separated off. Need a bigger laundry room too.

There needs to be a mud room side entrance. A bathtub needs to be inside the master bedroom. There needs to be a flat roof deck with Bbq and hot tub and sauna.

Nice home but have seen floor plans I preferred. Kitchen feels tight with the dining room in it. I would want a larger refrigerator/freezer which would decrease counter and cabinet space.. No pantry?

Laundry room should always be on the same floor as the master bedroom.

There is space inside the front door to have a foyer with coat closet rather than just hooks. To the left of the fireplace I'd put a door to the porch instead of a window. The kitchen could use a pantry, though there is a closet under the stairs. I like that the bathroom has both a tub and a shower. Upstairs, the library could easily become a fourth bedroom. Both upstairs rooms need much larger windows! With a few alterations this plan would work well.

A tub next to a sewer toilet sickens me.

Why is there almost never a master bath attached to the master bedroom in your designs? Also that fridge is way to small for that house.

Total disappointment. No utility room. I guess the washer, dryer and freezer are out of design. The fact that freezer space is constantly overlooked is sad. I haven’t seen a design yet that checks all the boxes. Close but no cigar! 🙁
