With porches all around, it's a great country retreat, though I'd do wood siding all the way up. For the ground floor plan, I'd push the back of the house another 6 feet to make space for a laundry room/pantry next between the bath and the kitchen. That would also increase the size of the great room. As a simpler alternative, I'd get that space by reducing the size of the dining area. I'd use a smooth wall treatment in the bath rather than rough brick. The upstairs loft could become another bedroom. This is a house with potential!

I agree with the additional 6 to 8 ft idea. it definitely needs full laundry and more storage. I would also make the porch off the living room into an all-weather room and swap the sliders to the living room area from the dining. Opening the sliders would expand living space. I would move 1st floor bath door down so as not to be right IN the front door.

Lovely design - only change would be to widen the upstairs bath into the loft area a bit to accommodate both a tub and shower. Also, was that a pantry I saw peeking out behind the louvered doors? Don’t see it in the plan.

Entrén är viktig, jag lever med 4 säsonger. Gästtoalett behöver inte dusch. Jag saknar ofta dessa lätta designer. Jag brukar se om tvättsuga finns innan jag jag stänger av, de kan ha bra lösningar för entré men oftast är dessa layouter för solsken året runt. Tråkigt!

Oh I'm really loving this. I ❤ all of your ideas and as I am floating through with it. 😂 I'm dreaming of what each room or a change I maybe thinking about..I grow up with houses that had wrapped around porches or front and back porches. Nowadays it is a slab 😢 that they call a porches..😂

Die Farbwände könnten heller gehalten sein, auch die Möbel vertragen ein helleres Holz, würde gleich viel freundlicher wirken.

Needs more storage and closets

Can you tell me how much this is plus or minus a few thousand?

The kitchen sink needs to be a way bit bigger and just put in a real oven. Other than that it's okay

With the Master upstairs and inadequate space for my furniture and closet space downstairs, I would not select this home for a build. If I were a couple with a child, I would never put a child in a downstairs bedroom without us being downstairs near the child.
