I don't care if it's tiny or not, Connie did an awesome job decorating. It's nothing short of stunning. I wouldn't change a thing. Connie missed her calling. She should have been an interior designer/decorator. Great job!
Very nice. I love the farmhouse vibe! Nice that she has the sentimental pictures.❤
Connie knocked it out of q park decorating her 16×40 shed!
My wife and I have talked about this exact size. She did an awesome job decorating. Love that the bed is not closed off in a separate room.
I love the blue stripes and the cow skin pattern compliments the wood furnitures. I think therw should be windows or louver in the bathroom to exhaust the humidity, i like it as it is😅
I really like it and now am considering doing this myself.
Love love love your place ❣️❣️❣️

@@AtlasBackyardSheds that it's small and you can live more minimally. That the price is better. I just need the land. Land is so expensive ugh

@@AtlasBackyardSheds definitely will
Nice little house. If I end up moving to TX this is what I want to do. Have one built. I'd like to have an 18 x 54 or perhaps an 18 x 60 two bedroom two baths.

I believe she has an armoire next to the bed where she keeps her clothes.
That is where a man's common sense comes into play.. I don't blame your husband for wanting the building higher off the ground. When you have to get under there to work and fix things you'll want all the room you can get. I would have that all enclosed and gravel at the minimum put down.

For sure the height is fine if worried you can put something decorative up around the bottom or just cedar wood.
What is the cost of a 16x40 in South Carolina
Okay cool but how much was it
Should have a nice porch to set it off

How is this different than getting a mobile home?
@osorissalgado3831

Costs more for a mobile home and the mortgage is way more than paying for a shed.A 16x40 shed is around 20k and a new single wide two bedroom two bath runs around 80-100k plus about 10-20k down.A shed is usually about 2k down but it’s a shell. You have to pay or do everything yourself on the inside of it like electrical, insulation, plumbing and drywall.
It looks homely but it’s not tiny

It looks great, but I agree that it's not a tiny house (or a farm house), it's a mobile home n I would definitely live in it.
It is beautifully decorated, but it looks too big to be called a tiny house.
This is a trailer not a farm house!

A lot smaller than what most people are accustomed to. For one person or even a couple it is ample space. For a couple and two of their children it looks like it could get pretty tiny in there I bet.
Um, that’s not a farmhouse. It’s a trailer for crying out loud.
