I love it. I know some do not like the placement of the laundry, but I’m fine with it. It vents properly to the outside and combines as a mud room. Great compromise for a “small house” design. So many of these designs place a laundry closet in the center of the house which doesn’t work with North American laundry machines. I like that there are two full baths. I would make the dining area windows larger/longer so as to have more view out back. Very cozy living room with tv on its own wall instead of over the fireplace.

I'm not keen on the location of the laundry room, but it serves double duty as a mud room. I'm delighted with the large pantry! The door to the common bathroom is not as discreetly placed as I would prefer, but I don't have a suggestion for changing it. All in all, a good plan.

What a beautiful use of space with clever and beautiful storage and closets. The living room has everything you actually need in a living room; room for large sofas, built-ins and a fireplace.

I love this house!!! As far the laundry room..does needed the hide washer dryer...easy fix.

Very nice 2 BR/2 BA home with dimensions of about 1050 sq ft of living space. I like it! Only thing I would change is the kitchen layout, to make room for a larger fridge/freezer & stove with double ovens.

I absolutely ❤this as well...As long as the Laundry Room isn't outside. It's a beautiful home me. Now I more than likely have a shower in both areas..

Nice home, for sure. I love that laundry area, nice and big. I'd probably switch out that back door with the window, and put patio doors by the dining room table. Very nice Master Bedroom closet!

First of all, the laundry up front isn't a deal breaker. I'd put a sliding door in front of the units to mitigate noise and cover them up. Secondly, AVN, I've been following your award shows for years. Big fan.

Everything works but the roofline at the rear of the house and the chimney placement are a bit wonky . As a tradesman I see issues with water penetration . Too many different and unnecessary pitches in the roof.

In rural areas it’s called a mud room.

Love the house design but do not care for the bathroom or dark closets.
