I would gladly sacrifice the whole back wall of the master bedroom for a private ensuite. But this is really pretty.

This really needs an entry foyer as a place for your guests to put their coats and footwear. There's a great one from the garage, but that's just for family. I like the extra cabinets in the laundry area for cleaning supplies, etc. Since there's just one bathroom, the compartments make it more useful. But every two-bedroom house should have two toilets, so I'd take much of the master bedroom closet to create a small ensuite. All that said, this plan has potential.

Beautifully designed - that’s the fireplace for me! Extra seating and looks spectacular!

This house looks almost identical to it's other version with the outdoor stone fireplace sitting area, that I also loved better with the wrap around deck., And that one had a bedroom and sitting room in the attic. To make it sleep at least 6 family members, on a summer vacation. Love the side foyer. Great. I wish there was an office with built INS, in the back of the house and a sauna in the back of the house. Gas grill outside also.

I prefer one height for a kitchen island. I think a counter height dining table with a butcher block top which can also be used for meal prep might work better.

Love how the dining table is integrated into the island. That massive fireplace with the bookcases is awesome. The master closet is huge, love it. The massive shower looks great.

Almost perfect. Just the outside tub design would work better as a fully enclosed master bath with separate tub and shower. The lady needs a whirlpool bath. We both like the idea of our own space when it comes to the master with it's own bath

Love the Master Suite but I would prefer a 2nd small bathroom more and a smaller master closet. That bedroom is large enough to have it done. The kitchen tiny dining area is cramped. To remove the bar in favor of a real dining space means finding more prep space so the cabinet/pantry would have to go in favor of a longer countertop with cabinets below and above. All cosmetic but I sure don’t want to walk around a dining table and chairs to get at all I need to cook. You might want to reconsider the kitchen layout.

It's not a 2 car garage as pictured. 24x24 is a small 2 car garage
