There needs to be a big walk-in pantry close to the kitchen with a securely locking door. Also, there ought to be a gate close to the kitchen so you could pull the trunk of your car up and unload groceries with a minimum amount of walking. Otherwise, this is a good design for those that enjoy the outdoors much more than being inside and don't like grease and cooking smells in the house. Having coffee outdoors in the morning would be lovely. Having that home in a secluded area where you could enjoy your coffee au naturale would be heavenly.

I would like more spacious 3 bedrooms and all rooms, 21/2 Baths. Spacious kitchen and spacious cabinets and utility closet for pots.

You could probably also turn this into a 3 bedroom (possibly down the road?) by partially enclosing the side porch and putting a bed and bath on the other side. It's just a thought for someone who might need another bedroom.

Very nice, has a spacious feel. If it were to work for me, I would push the front door back a lot (bugs love those indentations and come inside all to easily when the door opens) and add a half bath and small coat closet.

Great front porch and curb appeal! Nice!! ❤ couple of personal changes which would be very simple changing the giant basin in the laundry room to standard below counter sinks . Not a fan of giant bowls or sink basins. Great job on this Floorplan!!!
