This home is just gorgeous. Love the layout! I am older, and already have two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. I would like to see it all on one level. Nice everything!

Nicely done. LOVE the light color stone against the light color wood. Kitchen with full-sized appliances and I especially love that there is a dishwasher and a real oven although I would have preferred a gas cooktop. All in all truly lovely design.

The decorating style isn’t as desirable, however I love the layout. Cute home.

This house may be small.... BUT.... I LOVE IT! I would change a couple of things to make it mine though. #1 Make the upstairs bathroom a bit larger. Move the wall in the shower/tub to meet the exterior wall of the bedroom. This would allow the vanity/sink to be moved away from the door. #2 Add a closet to the left of the bathroom, ahead of the stairs, for a washer and dryer. Not real keen on having to lug laundry up and down stairs. #3 I need a REAL wood burning fireplace. That tiny gas one dont work for me. 😂👍 Maybe a 4th thing..... How about a double pull pocket door, possibly a steel one, between the double entry doors and the interior of the house. It would be out of sight and add some security to the house. GREAT job on this one! ✌😎 BTW...... I sure would like to see some of these houses with an attached garage that's also got some kind of a "work area" in it. I know different locations would be different but, An estimated cost to build these houses would be sweet too. If possible. 😉👍

If all the bedrooms (2) are upstairs, so should the laundry. I would also like to see the Master Suite downstairs.

I don't see where the furnace, water heater and central air conditioner are located and where are the vents

The house could have a heat pump and on-demand hot water. These don't require any significant space inside. Alternatively, a modern gas boiler can fit easily into a kitchen cabinet. The software used doesn't allow for details like outlets and vents.

Cute house. The only thing that bothers me is, why have a laundry room on the bottom floor if there's no bedrooms downstairs?

This is a nice design, but there are some things that don't look like they were thought through. Who wants to open the door to the bathroom and have to turn sideways to get past the vanity????

A cute place! I'm not keen on double doors for a main entry because they aren't as secure or durable as a single door, but the foyer is excellent. There's good storage throughout, including a pantry closet. The upstairs bathroom might do better with a single window, and don't forget to add a railing on the stairway!

I don't like the dark wooden corner, it makes the rooms look down, the curtain rods are shorter than the window, and I don't like the dark wooden base.

Please stop with the angled walls they are not practical. They waste space that could be utilized. Why a tiny kitchen and huge dining area? Remove peninsula and put the dishwasher and extra cabinets along the wall. A nice long island and small round table for 4. The stairway is way too small you'd never get any furniture up there.
