Where's the stove top? Did I miss it? I saw the sink, dishwasher and oven; no stovetop!

One of the best designs I've seen, as it includes closets (I know... that's an American thing), and a garage. I can't believe how many commenters are getting so twisted up that you didn't put in the stove top, even though _everyone_ knows it goes there. Geez people, use just a bit of imagination. 🙄

I love the layout of this home . The mudroom as you enter through the garage . Everything fits . Lots of storage . Beautiful . I really love that bedroom upstairs .

I love the exterior colors! That shade of gray with light wood! The rustic look throughout is great, the ceiling with the wood beams. The upstairs is wonderful, big open space to make nooks with to fit your life, whatever you want. There were a lot of doors in this house that didn't show what was behind them, perhaps storage/closet space? The little windows in the upstairs bedrooms that let the light in, where the plants are, those are definitely my favorite feature. I'm glad you've been including them in a lot of the two story homes

The house is pretty on the inside. There is a hood in the kitchen, but where is the stove top. Also, I've never liked liked houses that have😅 such a huge garage; that's all you see from the front. Push it back with the rest of the house.

A great design and color coordination in the house. Inside, masculine, natural colors that are very comfortable and cool. And great layout. Usually I complain about the doors in the living room, but this time, I like the location in the dining/kitchen zone. Perfect place for cooking and dining outdoors. Economical staircase, that doesn't feel cramped, beautiful natural finishes on stairs and upstairs. My only wish would be for a bathtub downstairs? And appreciate front with handicap ramp as well as stairs. However it would be safer to enhance that entrance with railings??? Nice job!

So much to love about this design. I’m always looking for north-friendly designs and the entry set-up/storage in this design is your best so far. Heavy coats and muddy/snowy boots can be stored unobtrusively. Common areas are nicely done and have a logical flow. Personally, I prefer a large window to a large-screen telly in the sitting room. Small details like the island lighting done in three different metal finishes is are clever and quirky. I’m noticing a trend to boldly-patterned tiles in kitchens and loos and I wonder how long it will last. The use of shiplap is also newer but less an assault on the eyes. The upstairs retreat is a wonderful place to work and play. You effectively have created two master suites. This design can sit firmly in the win column! Outstanding!

Love it. The space where the fridge is I would change to a storage space, put a stove/ oven in where the oven is, extend the sink side counter space out to the right replacing the large window there for more prep space on a breakfast bar in front of a shorter and maybe wider window.

The floorplan is good ❤ and the exterior of the house is elegan. I love there's wheelchair path beside the stair in the frontyard veranda, it'll be convinience for the elderly, handicap or injured people. I actually have idea for you for the next floorplan for the next video. How about you moved the kitchen next to the garage (so the mudroom, laundry, storage/pantry, will be next to the garage, so it'll be more convinience to bring the groceries or stuff from the car into the pantry/storage). Then the master bedroom will be side by side with the front bedroom/office (just divide by the stairs). In the upper floor (if the house meant for the senior citizen), it'll be nice if one of the bedroom have bunkbed for the grandkids. Or maybe sound proof studio room (or youtube studio for youtuber; gamer, crafter, podcaster, musician, etc.) Last but not least, next probably a nice design ideas for backyard veranda (you know, something like barbeque party/outdoor kitchen, a garden shed, cute mini greenhouse for small tea party, dog kennel/house, cat house, something like that). This one is definitely nice. Don’t know where to start to explain all the nice areas. Of course the two car garage is a plus . Liked the main floor bed rooms. But the primary bedroom is the bomb especially how the dormers fit into those alcoves. This house accommodates 2 bathrooms and I think I saw a dressing room in one of the bed rooms . Just beautiful. I’m going to take a glimpse of it again. Thanks for catching my eye. those alcoves and all the space ……. In the loft

There are plenty of thumbs up for this video. The layout of the house isn't my ideal but it works and isn't the cookie cutter so many designers are locked in to. I like quite a bit of the details. The laundry area is the one major change. location and size. Living rooms get shorted with these grand kitchens and dining getups.

I like the idea of something like this except only on one level

A charming setup of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a 2 car garage attached.

Love front walkway! Reduce garage substantially and create huge laundry, storage, freezer area & pantry space. Single front BR= art rm if south facing. Change WIC to double rod on all four sides! Elevator or stair crawler...

Bellissima! E ci sta tutto, al posto del garage il mio laboratorio, invece della stanza singola al primo piano una bella stanza della musica insonorizzata, dove c'è lo studio la biblioteca! Farei solo continuare il portico lungo tutto il lato destro in modo che prenda i 3 lati della casa e sia bello largo ma queste sono le personalizzazioni per farla diventare da modello generale a casa propria.

IDK with these prices the way they are and on top of it with the infrastructure with housing high end interest rates I feel as though I am losing hope and giving up my dream of home ownership but i do love my cottages and log cabins the best and this one is sheer genius and a sincere breath taking beautiful 🌞 beauty 🎉🎉

There are two chsnges I would make at the front entrance. First, an inner door, creating an airlock for both comfort and energy efficiency. Second, since there are areas on either side of the entry with tiled floors, connect them and tame tge tiles to the door. It adds continuity, which adds visual space plus the tiles or vinyl are much easier to maintain and keep clean. Considering the size of the house and that there is really only one living area, the living room, dining room, and kitchen combined seem small and even cramped. The fix is obvious. Turn the upstairs study area into a bedroom, then eliminate the back bedroom and it's en suite bath. Integrate that floor space into the main. Living area, and problem solved.

I agree about the garage should not be the main focus. It is the house where people live not the garage, should not be the first thing one notices.

No stove, that is my dream house for sure!

This is a good-sized house, though the open plan living/dining/kitchen area is tight. And oh, dear, that crane-your-neck TV over the fireplace! I was surprised that the presumed master bath had just one sink. Upstairs, one gable end of the house should have windows for both the bedroom and bathroom.

Not quite Perfect IMHO. The second dormer (over the front door) interferes with the garage roof valley. I would opt for one larger centered dormer instead. I would also add more kitchen counter space by reducing size of large window to match the one over the sink, and extending the counter all the way over to the back door. Good spot for a home office desk and added under-counter storage in the dining area. A pocket door (like the one into the bedroom) for the full front bathroom would help make it feel less cramped. A murphy bed would be a nice addition upstairs where the desk is located. Furniture choice/layout of upstairs bedroom is odd.

Guess this house is ok for some, but for me, too much wasted space. Cudos for the pantry in the kitchen.

No stove top, front steps/ramp in wrong place. Why would you walk or push a wheelchair on wet grass or through mud? Also the doorways do not look wide enough for a wheelchair
