A lovely house. It certainly has the coziness factor. The kitchen is a little compact , but it works. I love all the bedrooms. This is ideal for a large family.

Great house! Everything is pretty and convenient. The kitchen is perfect. I'd go with a single large shed dormer rather than the two little dormers, but that is only a personal choice.

Another beautiful and efficient plan with the added pop of the upstairs office area which provides privacy and a complete living area. I think I would have to switch the location of the master bath and closet. I don't' mind going through the closet (as pretty as it is) to get to the toilet area but the toilet area, if in use, blocks my access to the closet causing some difficulty in two people getting ready for work at the same time. If I were alone then color me home!

Lovely layout. Is there perhaps low attic storage space above the garage that could be accessed from the stair landing, or would the level heights not allow for this? And where's the drumkit in the walkthrough? I can see it in the plan :)

I love the ceilings thru out the house and an actual foyer. Thank you! My only small complaints are you're always adding feather walls or something like that. I really think it cheapens your beautiful design and second is there an escape area on the second floor to the outside in case of fire. I see no windows that open or way to get out in case of emergency.

Make the two dormer windows tall and wide enough and set them as casements that will meet egress...

Although there's no pantry, there might be space in the laundry room for a pantry cabinet. The office area upstairs could be used for more sleeping space,and there's room in the bathroom up there for both a tub and a shower.

You in America build prefabricated houses with an open fireplace. We are not allowed to do that in our country, we are allowed to move into these houses. These are construction methods that are not acceptable in Europe.

The garage should open to the kitchen. Laundry at the front of the house? Nope and there’s only one way in and out of this place. Always need a back door.

Actually laundry is close to garage. Works well if owner's job requires shoes and clothes getting dirty. Not tracking it through house.
