This is fantastic. I love the fact that you have a closet and the stackable washer and dryer area. The one thing I would add is a way to cover the sink for when you’re doing food prep. And remove it when you’re ready to do dishes. This one actually inspires me for my next tiny home build I just sold my first one because I’ve found things I like better for my design.

Thanks Leah
Love the color of the house and the front door
Very charming. A little more kitchen would be nice.
Cute front design but would prefer a porch over door cause of weather and most of us spend more time in kitchen area so I likeca smaller front room and larger kitchen area
Belissima ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Excellent!!! ❤❤😊⚡🌻💫✨🌹🌻

Muito legal gostei! 😃👏, o problema é a porta 🚪 de entrada, quem estiver cozinhando, com certeza vai tomar uma porta nas costas...😱
Charming house.
I would have the kitchen in the living area and the living room in where the front door is.
Perfection!👏👏👏👍❤️🏆

Its not too bad for a 1 BR home except the kitchen which has poor storage and countertop work space. Love the LR wood burning stove and spaciousness. Bedroom size isn’t too bad for a tiny home either.

I will never understand why people who don't cook are allowed to design kitchens!!!

Not a great design for the kitchen. If somebody is cooking on the cooktop and somebody else comes in the door, the cook would get smacked by the door. Ouch!
Need to learn how to video

bathroom, nice bedroom nice. The kitchen is way too small. unless this is an Airbnb, in which case, I would not have a wood stove. also too many corbels on the front. I really like corbels, but this is too much, especially in the center.
Kitchen is way, way too small.
Nowhere for coats and shoes by the entrance. Kitchen is extremely small, with most square footage devoted to a huge sectional. Exterior is charming, but this layout is not for real living.

Considering many are homeless this would be paradise to them.

@NaturesInfiniteWELLth-fo6rs I agree, of course. In northern climates, outerwear, boots, and shoes are a part of life, and they have to go somewhere. If there was a small attached entryway, the issues of heat loss due to the absence of an airlock as well as storage would be solved. And the kitchen does not need the added stress of acting as an entryway. I live in a small, older, two bedroom house with no closets or proper entryways in a northern maritime climate. We've retrofitted it with built-ins and free-standing pieces to make it more functional for three adults. This design as is, wouldn't be practical here.
This is a good attempt, but the "fireplace" in the living room is way too dangerous, and there is no second means of egress. The enormous couch hogs space that's needed for the kitchen.
Проект недодедан как это он показывает
It's CGI. It's not real. I would prefer to see something that exists in real matter and form made for a living being.
Zero counter space in there….definitely not a comfortable area to cook in….not for me!
Y EL COMEDOR????
