    Thanks so much Paula. I am finally getting back on my mat after impinging a nerve in my anterior hip. This was gentle, great feeling on my whole body, and only mildly aggravating 😅 I am so grateful that you have these videos available to help in my recovery. You are a gem!

    First time here with you and it’s one of the best full body stretch I’ve ever done. I could definitely feel the need when karate chop to the right on my left shoulder blade! Loving all these movements I’ve never tried before, thank you so much!
