    Beautiful and different from every other yoga I've done. Loved the gentle brushing and tapping. It's so difficult to be kind with ourselves even with our own body. Thank you so much 🙏

    It’s quite a different style of yoga and I like it, especially the brushing part, I feel the sensation of my body in a different way. Thank you Paula for always bringing fresh approach to doing yoga. You’re an amazing teacher (from one teacher to another) 🙏❤

    My back hurts so much after taking care of a sick toddler for almost 3 weeks. He keeps asking me to carry him. I am always glad that i manage to squeeze some precious me time for yoga. I always end up feeling much more energized after the session. Thank you, Paula.
