    Thank you for linking this workout to me, Roxanne! ❤❤❤ My partner and I did it this morning and loved it!!! He said, “Thank you for making the video; his knees are grateful”. However, we need to do this workout a few times before we nail it. 😅 Balance and form for myself; endurance for my partner. The poor egg had to have a few more breathers, and I needed to slow down a bit to not look like a flailing gala - hahaha.

    Thanks, Roxy! At the end of the video, we say, "Thank you, Roxy, for the killer work. We are going to lay here for a bit and die!" Idea for you - have you ever thought about making a beginner's knee-friendly workout? Your beginner videos instructions have been a game-changer for me, and we believe others with knee issues would find it super helpful. Also, do you have a beginner's Pilates video that's easy on the knees for someone who isn't super flexible and has the stereotypical Aussie beer gut? We tried another a Pilates video (not yours), which was way too advanced for him. I believe a Pilates routine could help him balance out his muscle-building and improve flexibility and balance. We're big fans of your videos and appreciate your incredible work!

    This workout has been a life saver for me as person with injured knees. Great combo of cardio (which is great for a knee injury) and strength, targeting every muscle in a brief time!👍👍

    I love these knee friendly workouts! I also like that you put some sneaky ab work in and that this is a Metcon Workout. The warm ups you have started including are super helpful too. They get all the body parts lubricated and warmed up for the workout ahead with less chance of soreness afterward.

    Hi, could you do a 15/20min kettlebell for women recovering from breast cancer please? So lightweight kettlebell with not too much chest exercise? My wife is >50 and is therefore losing muscle mass, so wants to do some weights but struggles to do even the usual beginners type stuff. Thank you.
