20 Minute Full Body Kettlebell Workout (With Modifications)
Follow along with us for a 20 minute FULL BODY kettlebell workout that is great for overall strength and conditioning. All you need for this workout is a single kettlebell (moderate weight) and a soft surface/yoga mat. We split this workout into upper body, lower body and full body, dynamic movements to get the heart rate up. Also, we included a few modifications for exercises that may be too advanced if you're just getting started with kettlebells. Overall, if you're looking to build strength/muscle, improve your conditioning, or drop some body fat---this is the workout for you! I usually hate couple's channels but I LOVE this one. You know why? because it's about the FITNESS. It has a purpose, and fills it beautifully. No oversharing about their relationship or putting their entire life on the website for everyone to see until they break up due to the pressure. That's how youtube interaction should be lol.

Just want to say thanks for this work out. It’s been over a year now. Since I started doing this workout. I started with a 10lbs Kettlebell, and was overweight 255 pounds. The first months I was gassed out. Now I do this same workout with a 40lbs Kettlebell, and lost a lot of weight 175 pounds. A simple workout, but it works 👍🏽. Thanks guys!
I cried and my fat cried I felt like I was going to give up but as I cried I pushed through and my body is soaked in tears and sweat. Probably TMI, but thank you so much for this video and your medicine ball workout video, I did them both today back to back and I feel amazing 💪🏻 even through all the sweat and the tears. Thank you. As a father of 3 with a Dad bod, I struggle to find time to work out. I heard kettlebells was a great low impact workout that did not require too much space. After watching several kettlebell videos, I find you have the right set up for me. I love the beeps and the fact you have previews on the next steps. No annoying high paced music or yelling. Hi!! I just finished this workout. I am not strong enough for the burpees so I decided to do Around the body. 15 secs left then 15 seconds right. Other than that I was able to complete all the other exercises using a 10 lb kettlebell. I will be back for more!! Thanks from a 62 year old getting back into shape!!

As of right now I do this set twice a week and I can only get through the first set this is amazing guys excited to build on up to the second set!
Great workout -just the right length, and I can totally adjust the intensity by using different kettlebells. Best of all - thank you so much for not talking during the exercises!! I’m an introvert and i swear it makes me exhausted when instructors are always yelling!

This was my first time working out with a ketobell!! Let me tell ya. I under estimated it. I never knew how much cardio is infused with this type of strength training. I was covered in sweat at the end!! I thought I was going to pass out but, I didn't😅 this video is definitely a thumbs👍 I saved this video to my regular workout Playlist. Plz make some more ketobell workouts🙂

This was just the right amount of challenging. Great workout, especially since I'm short on time today. Can you give me tips on the correct form for cleans, I'm not sure if I was doing them right.

great job! we would suggest starting with the pop cleans (toyas version) until youre comfortable with that motion- and then progressing towards cleans. when you move on to cleans, make sure you're hips are involved, and the kettlebell doesnt slam across the wrist!

Just getting back into the kettlebell after a couple of years, and this was such a perfect workout--challenging, great demos, loved having modification choices, and your voices and music make the whole thing enjoyable. Thank you for the short and focused workout. I used to do a small group kettlebell class but cant do the gym anymore. I love how you the video previews to show the next move. I don’t like videos where the person is talking and talking and you just want to focus and flow through it. First time, Ill be back.

Great workout! I have one suggestion. I would be very helpful if you could voice over tips on form and posture. For example the dead lifts I cant tell if your legs and slightly bent or straight. And on swings are we squatting and swinging or a dip and swing. Thank you

Thanks for this workout, it's such a refreshing one to do early in the morning. Got my heart pumped up good but not to the point of exhaustion. Love the modifications offered. I used 2 different kettlebell weights for different workouts and it worked really well.
