➡️ Workout Structure: Full Body Supersets Workout with 2 exercises in each superset - 60 seconds weighted strength exercise | 30 second body weight burner or cardio burn | 30 second rest

Can I just say something... I'm a long time KZread at home workout lady here. I follow a few people and have done various challenges over the years. This has been by far my most favorite! I am so motivated everyday to get up and do these before work. I think I might repeat after this month! I feel stronger already. Thank you!

Loving this program! And while I didn’t use 106kg😂 for the lunge back press, I did use 8, so I’m happy🤣

Day 13 ✅️ There were some moves which I thought I couldn't do but I did it. I'm so happy. I really feel like I'm getting a little stronger each week.😊

Day 27! Wow! Thinking back on day 13 and my focus was form and higher reps this time. And let me tell ya! 🥵💦 I can't believe there's one day left of the challenge! Definitely saving this for future use (and for when I get heavier kettlebells).

Nice workout. I finished up drenched in sweat. I used 6 and 8 kg kettlebell for the upper body exercises and 12 and 16 kg kb for the rest. Thanks.

Thanks Roxanne. I wonder one of the kettlebell vertical lift exercises needn't have men put a hand on chest. Was struggling but then I figured out no need for hand 😂

I sometimes rest my hand that’s not holding the kettlebell on my chest, to keep it out of the way when performing the movement 😊💪🏼
Done! I LOVE metcon days! I definitely needed the cardio 💪🏼
Day 27 complete! I can’t believe this is almost over. I will definitely be saving this program to use again.

Thanks, I completed it but now I'm recovering from surgery, had my gallbladder removed. I'm so restricted now, can't work out for a while. Going to miss your workouts for the next 2-4 weeks! @@WorkoutWithRoxanne
