➡️ 30 minute kettlebell supersets workout to strengthen your Glutes and Quads. This is a killer workout for two BIG muscle groups in the body! By supersetting quads and glutes we can get more out of our workout in a shorter amount of time.
➡️ Workout Structure: Glutes and Quads Kettlebell Supersets Workout with 2 exercises in each superset - 45 seconds on x2 | 30 second rest

Been so busy but just completed day 2 today and I'm determined to do all of the 4 week challenge! I'm loving the fitness content and music Roxanne! Before going away on holiday in July last year, I have lost 10lbs doing your workouts since March 2023 and never felt so toned in my life! Day 5 done, and I'm feeling great...lots of energy all day after these workouts! You could make edited videos with just warm-ups and cool downs for use with all of your other strength training videos that target same muscles.

Hey, great work on smashing the workouts! Gentle stretching of the muscles, easy walk, foam rolling, having a bath, magnesium all help lovely 🙂
Day 5 done though I struggle with my diet since I tend to stress eat, any tips with my fellow snackers?

I am such a snacker too! I always snack on fruit, frozen grapes are a good one as they take a while to eat. All frozen fruit is a good option, strawberries, blueberries. If I am on a cut I will have diet coke if I am feeling hungry and it's not dinner time. I make MASSIVE bowls of salad, volume is key to keeping full for less. If I am cutting I will push back my breakfast and all my meals to later as I tend to snack later at night. That way if I am eating my dinner a bit later I am less likely to snack at night. I hope that helps lovely. The best tip is not to buy it and don't go to the supermarket hungry. I hope that helps lovely xxx

Yes, deadlifts with an uneven weight and swap sides when I change legs, any type of single leg deadlifts, arabesque, staggered, rotational. You could also do a single leg glute bridge instead. If you knee is ok with static lunges, you could do this instead of a lunge back.
