Just got over the flu... finally. Hit the gym early before work this morning and smashed out 70 Navy Seals in 18 minutes. Thanks for all the motivation. Good friend at work is in the beginning stages and like me, he's hooked.

This channel has changed my life. Deepest gratitude to Max and this community. I'm 45 years old and couldn't manage 10 push ups 3 months ago. Just completed 130 six counts in 20 mins. The gains are impressive but the change in mindset is everything. Loved your upload yesterday on why you love burpees - I bet the Stoics did burpees too 😂

Brilliant! Well done guys. I'm 60. Been in and out of fitness all my life. I love the Navy Seals. Started doing 5 mins and up to 7 mins. Probably just aim for 40 in 10 mins. I will injure myself doing 80 mins a week because I'm not sensible. I'm enjoying your videos. Thanks again for doing what you're doing.

Another 6 count in the bank. Yes it’s a lower amount than the other 2 sessions, but again, it’s nice to see how far you’ve come within the program. Not breathing hard, 130 perfect form 6 counts, and mildly moist 😜 Seals tomorrow, then 80 minutes completed. Let’s do this!! 💪👍

I got through the 125 count without too much struggle. This one with continuous bursts is much harder than simply adding 5 counts would appear to make it. Got through set 7 or 8 before I was totally gassed, but further than yesterday. Will keep working.

For anyone struggling to get to 150 after this I managed to get there by following this video but doing 8 reps then followed by 7 reps instead of 7 and 6. This gets you the 150

Well, more progress. Wanted to increase some volume. A month ago this workout wore me out. Went through it and then immediately restarted it. Fell like 1 or 2 reps shy of the perfect midpoint on the second go round (went ahead and did those after resting for about 30 seconds).

Finally got to the end of this after 3 weeks of trying. This time, I got the breathing right. Have had the 60 Navy Seals in the pocket for a while now, but 150 six counts still seems a ways off. But I'll get there. Just like I will get to level 2.

Keep up the good work Max. How important is it to count aloud each step? I find it's much harder to do that because it messes up my breathing rhythm.

Thanks for your question, my friend! It's definitely tougher with the count because it throws off your rhythm -- and that's kind of the idea. It's way harder with the count and there are cardiovascular benefits. Some practitioners go without the count at the start and then build the count in when their bodies are well adjusted to the movement. I would recommend counting, for sure, but if you want to take a few weeks to habituate to the movements minus the count, to ahead.

One question.....Burpees good or bad for heart health and blood pressure?????....I love Burpees...my record is 50 Burpees for 4 minutes......I like body squats, pull ups, dips.......1000% Respect Bro.

Hi Max. Thanks again for the videos. I managed 126 last week so thought I'd try and get to 130 today. Not sure what happened - it's the first time since I started BDP two months ago - but my cardio just totally failed me. I had to keep stopping the video to rest. I did the 130 but reckon it took me 25 minutes instead. My strength seemed fine but my cardio just deserted me. Has this happened to you before? Any advice?

Don't be discouraged, my friend. It could have happened for any number of reasons and it has happened to me on countless occasions. Fall back to 125 again and keep marching forward. Never miss a session, and the progress will come, even if it isn't linear.
