I've finally completed it Austin, after a slow Covid delayed start. I managed 3990m on day one and 4590m today!! Incredible, thank you so much. I'll now drop the rowing back to 3 days/week and try and work out how it can best complement my cycling. BTW I'm a 64yo Australian male recovering from shoulder surgury in early May. Keep up the great work, you're a true inspiration 👌🏆🍾

This was so fun and effective! Increased distance by 500m on day 20. I am not sure if I will be able to row without your coaching and cheerful chatter though. Might thave to start with Day 1 all over...
Thank you for the great program Austin. I added 29 metres to week 1 assessment. My average across the workout went up by 1 second to 2.19.7. I couldn’t have given it anymore! Really happy with the results from completing this program.
Fabulous course! It took me 3 months, but I am a single mom who works full time. and I finished it! Great to get in the workouts when I can, and I went 680m further on day 20. THANKS AUSTIN!

That's it, 20 days done, and have enjoyed every episode so congrats & kudos to you Austin for creating an enjoyable and achievable course to learn rowing techniques. I did indeed see a major improvement in both fitness and distance covered in the 20 mins. I shall revisit the last 10 again soon just to keep up the momentum. Many thanks for your time and enthusiasm.
Thank you for releasing this program for free. It's very much appreciated! I will definitely repeat this program to kink out any remaining technique errors I built up over the years, and permanently add some workouts to my regular program.

Austin, just finished Day 20 assessment: improved 5.8 seconds per 500, finishing 4832 meters. Off to Barcelona for a well-deserved vacation and when I’m back I’ll run through Row 20 again. Thanks for this program!

Well that's a wrap. Day 1 was 20 mins at 22s/m, 2,991m, and 3:20.6, my best 5min split was 776m Day 20 was 20 mins at 24s/m, 4353m, and 2:17.8, my best 5min split was 1119m Really enjoyed the program. This was the first time on a rower and I can't say that my improvement is typical but it is what is recorded in my Concept2 log. I found using ergdata and sending it direct to the PM5 monitor very useful. This also logged the session in the log online which made review of progress on a specific day easy. Thank you @trainingtall for the program. I gained an awful lot from your tips and advice over the 20 sessions.
I reached my goal and I am happy. Now I know what pain feels like. Went from 2:06 to 1:59.8/500m. Thanks!

Thanks Austin, I’m a 68 year old guy up in NW Montana. Our daughter bought a concept 2 rower. I thought I’m going to give it a try. Your videos have been a great resource! Finished the challenge a few days ago. I’m 70 years young. My improvement in my rowing ability was remarkable I gained around 20-30 watts at 22spm. So pleased that I decided to subscribe to the just rowing app which I am glad I did. Really enjoy Austin’s style of coaching.

This is my third time through doing Row-20 and I got a new PR on the final assessment thanks to Austin's awesome coaching. I felt in control and strong and I can't thank you enough for all you've done for my rowing! I don't know I would have stuck with it the way I have without joining Row-20 in May 2020, when I'd owned my C2 for a grand total of 2 weeks. Knowing my form is solid and having an arsenal of a variety of kinds of rows I can do is such a blessing.

Je viens de terminer son programme. Je ne parle pas anglais, mais son programme est facile à suivre. Les vidéo sont bien monté. Austin est très positif et encourageant. I just completed Row-20. Austin is so damn positive. Even if a I don't speak english, we can easily follow his instruction. I will do it again. This dude is gold

Hiya All, As I was saying yesterday, did you complete the Challenge with fortitude? Many thanks to Austin if so, as I just did. Day 1 was 4303m and 2:19.4 today my target was 2:15 and I did 2:14.8 with 4449m with the 1st and last 5min intervals being my fattest, although my rate crept up a bit to 23 but still maintained an average s/r of 22. Think we should give Austin a big hooray. Thanks a million, Andrew

Day 1: 4374m Pace 2:17.1 Ave 136Watts HR171 Day 20: 4630m Pace 2:09.5 Ave 161Watts HR176 Pleased with the final result. Before these 20 I was only doing 10-12minute sessions and my butt used to hurt. Now there is muscle on my butt and it can do 20 mins plus warm up n cool down with no hurty. My long term goal is to turn 8:21.4/2000m into 8:00/2000m. Im going to have some active rest and give it a shot in a few days, If I fail im going to do another 20/20 then see if I can hit my goal before 2024. Thanks Austin and well done all that had ago & made gains.
Can I ask a rower question. I’m looking to get a concept 2. There are several used ones for sale. Do you know what I should watch out for when buying a used Concept 2? Are the older models worth getting, Like a model C? It’s has the PM3 monitor.
My machine “reset” but i beat my first workout, just not sure how much.
