Thank you for the video. Last week I started with 40 Navy Seals, then 50. Now I struggled to keep up with 55. I left 3-4 Navy Seals out to get to the 20 Minute Mark. I will come back to my comment when I will pass this challenge here. Thank you for your "Follow-Along" Videos, they are great!

Well, the 60 navy seal workout is hard for me because of the tempo. I felt really good by the time you said you were slowing down. I still felt pretty good, started pushing myself, taking some breaks as needed. About 62 is what I got.

I didn’t make it to 60 reps on that follow along so I came back to this one to give it a try. I added in 5 extra reps in the first 5 minutes and then managed to hang in there for the rest of the video. 60 reps in the bank! I think I needed the longer rests that this workout has in the second half which the 1D 60 rep video doesn’t have. Anyways, feeling great that I reached level 1D!

good stuff, hit a workout 2 hours ago at the park, i recorded the ending of it tho and put it on my channel since there was a couple people. burpees go hard, getting back into being consistent since college was stressful and had me focusing on work rather than health.

Hey max ! Quick question. I was wondering does it matter if I workout back-to-back days at 40min each day which equates to the 80 minutes you suggested, or is it better to skip a day or two? if I workout Monday and Tuesday @ 40min each day, should I wait until next week Monday and Tuesday to begin the workout again? I feel like that's a lot of days of downtime, no? Please Help ! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE INSPIRATION !!

Hello my man, by all means do your sessions in 40 minute blocks, but I recommend a longer rest between sessions

It is! This is a workout WITHIN level 1C. The landmark workouts that unlock the various levels are available in the BDP Landmark Workouts playlist

@@fredericklane745 55 is a stepping stone to a landmark workout. It is training you to be able to complete 60 NS burpees in the near future, and when you complete 60, you've unlocked Level 1D.
