The kickbacks were hurting. Maybe switching some of those for leg raises or marching would help. Great music

I have to admit, this wasn’t what I expected. It was a very good workout, however I was not thrilled with the CGI.
How much weight can this make you loss in weight how long would it take you to get the weight and fat off in need 25 pounds off bye Christmas 🎄 or before that

@@walksoflife5308 ok thank you so much getting back to me do I just do this work out 3 time then for the 30 minutes 😄 or do I do one of your other with this one to get the 500 calories off how many calories a days do I need to burn 🔥 off to get the weight I want off before Christmas 🎄 I like to lose 25 or more
