5,000 Steps Challenge - Walk At Home

5000 steps at home, indoors is really possible to do with today's video workout. In about 35 minutes you will will walk a little more than 2 miles and you will experience the benefits of a daily walk - but from the comfort of your home.
When you think about it - walking really is one of the best form of exercise because you don't really need to "suffer" through high-intensity exercises with weights or be going to the gym 3 times a week.
Walking is really a pleasant activity, simple enough that any healthy person can do it - and this is the premise of today's video workout. By walking 5000 steps at home you will reap the benefits of daily exercise and cardio - without sacrificing much of your time or physical effort.

I’m crazy for this walk at home. It’s so good for every part of the body. Plus you get how long you wish to exercise ❤I love it when she says “Arms up” I like how she gets right into it and their is no talking

Love working out on this web site, I didn't get 5000 as the description advertised, I only got 3300 and worked vigorously for a 70 yr old. Great workout! Thanks for sharing.
I have reduced 2.5 lbs in 10 days by completing this walk workout. I was a fitness freak until 2 years ago by then Roberta’s gym workout was my favorite. Last 2 years I consoled my emotions only by eating food and sleeping and now I didn’t want to do Roberta gym for some time and this workout is helping me a lot. Long way to go. Hope to continue this journey.
Lately I've been so lazy and I gained so much weight that I couldn't even finish 10 minutes of my usual videos...I was SO depressed until NOW because this was so easy and fun that I didn't even realize I finished it! I know it's just a small thing but I'm so happy right now, I'll definitely keep doing this! 3,638 steps (with my smartphone)

I discovered these exercises 2 months ago and do exercises every day. I liked it very much!!! during this exercise, 200 kcal, 3.34 km (2.07 miles), average heart rate of 110, 4374 steps with a Galaxy watch

I love ❤️ this 5,000 steps video. Doing the most steps in a short amount of time, just wish your step counter was on. Please more long step videos it has help me lose weight keeping track of my steps I really appreciate it, and the rest time comes at the right time and the length of it gives my arms a break 😅 Thank you soooooo much 😊

I would love more 5000 step workouts please. I enjoy doing your routines. They’re easy to follow and I can increase the impact/ intensity on any of the moves to make it work for me. 👍🇨🇦

I love doing these workouts steps, they really do burn calories and help me or anyone to lose weight. They are easy and simple workouts steps. Just believe in yourself and have faith you can and will lose the weight. Because u will gain so much confidence and these steps exercises will make u keep on going and going. Please, don't give up on being a incredibly strong person no matter; what your weightloss journey goals are. U can do this!!! Don't stop and Don't quit!!!! Have an amazing weekend and week. I recommend this workout for beginners like me, you don't have to do workouts that may hurt your full body just to loose weight fast, to those who are lazy but want to start working out this is for you 🥰 ( eat healthy foods and do fasting it is really good to your body )

A W E S O M E!!! Best workout yet and if you go bit quicker you can fit in an extra step or two and still keep up,but this video was great....please do more.....35000 to 5000 steps is very accurate depending on your level of working out. Thank you

This was awesome. However it was not 5000 steps and I still walked during the rest period...I'm 135-137lbs and I burned a total of 215 calories getting 3870 steps in ! I enjoyed 😉

Just done this for the first time, a great workout without stress on the body but certainly ended up with a sweat on and a little out of puff which is exactly what it should offer. Only 2800 steps but hey, if you want to do 5000 then just do some more I am going to make this a regular (daily) routine. I am 73/74 nearly. Done with the gym, the planks etc. I loved running but not good on the knees now. Thanks for this and look forward to more.

For some reason, walking becomes quite therapeutic here and is very doable. My brain felt refreshing and not stressed. Thank you and I will be back

This is my go to for my daily steps. I really enjoy it.
I loved the workout. Lot of room for user to add arms, intensity as needed. Great for all fitness levels. Would love more videos of 5000 steps +. A 10000 steps videos would be great too. Please keep adding content to your channel. 🏃♀️🎉CM🇨🇦

For 10,000 steps just repeat video again and keep going for an hour or do a 5,000 steps in the morning and another 5,000 steps in the afternoon. They concluded that a habit of walking just under 4,000 steps per day reduced the risk of dying from any cause, including from cardiovascular disease. That translates into a 30- to 45-minute walk, or roughly two miles, although it varies from person to person.

It's not 5,000 steps but it's amazing. Focuses on all the muscles we don't really get to use much during the day. It is also very easy to follow and effective. Love to do this in the mornings, gives me a jump-start for the day. Already 3,500 steps in and it's not even 8am 🥳

holy. crap. thanks such for this, I've always been chubby but because of the last year and a half I've had to be in homeschool, and now I'm almost 200 lb at 5'5. so it really helps that I'm able to do something like this!

Just found out your channel. So, decided to try out the exercises. Glad to inform U that I was able to follow, plus some additional moves during rest time.I was doing the exercises using a 2 Lb dumbbells for the second half of the exercises. It's fine with me. I think I'm gonna used the dumbbells for the entire exercises. I supposed that will burnt more calories. I'm a senior citizens of 69 yrs old. It's 8.00 in Malaysia.
