OMG what a great workout!! I will be doing this daily! For those of you who are not crazy about the music; put the video on mute and find or make a playlist of songs that are 115bpm. It definitely made a difference in my energy! ❤
I agree with the last comment. No vulgarity, no skin, no profane music. I like the instrumental music with no words but a great beat. I stumbled upon your channel a few days ago and I love it!! I'm in my mid-60's and needed something low impact but a good workout. The avitar is adorable. Thank you !!!

Yep! I did the same thing and got in 9264 steps. I still need to get 15,000 today

I have knees and hand joint pain, this exercise is just perfect for me, it doesn't strain my muscle and I have been doing this exercise for a week now and it does help me a lot. Thank you for sharing.

Do this exercise for 1 n a half hours you reach your 10,000 steps

I try to do these walking workouts while I am on my treadmill. I even increased my speed to work upba good walking sweats. It truly increases your heart rate and my butt and and entire body feels it. I love these walking workouts. I can tell when I stepped on my weightscale that it pays off. 💯
I usually do two of your thirty minute walks one after he other so this was nice finding the whole hour in one place thank you.it’s so nice no adverts interrupting it too so that’s appreciated I would say the music is a bit boring I know you’ve added a few new bits which was nice but as a regular to your videos it would be nice to hear something diff. Plus poor girl can she have a change of gym clothes can you alter the colour I feel for her. Thank you tho I’m loving these .

Such a good video. Im currently on a diet and knew walking would be effective. I had sweat dripping down by the time i was done. Shows that its very effective.

Big fan of Roberta’s exercise videos. I started with 30 days plank challenge, followed by fat loss videos and ended up here. Have been doing this amazing 7000 steps workout for the past 7 days. I have my weight loss goals to achieve before my wedding!!! Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏻

This is and awesome workout. I have been at it for two weeks and believe it or not this exercise is helping get rid of my unwanted fat. I'm really happy with the results imagine I'm still eating carelessly. I believe that you have to think to your self as number one and you are first priority. Even though it's and hour and eight minutes I try my utmost best to do it anytime I get the chance. Imagine I have been on the threadmil for one month and I never saw this kind of improvement. Thanks so much for the wonderful workout even though it's challenging it is worth it.

I am 35 weeks pregnant and lazy to go out to walk with a huge belly and a swollen foot. This had been a great option for me, thank you so much! I was doing the full squats instead of the mini squat....but i love it. Found out about your videos just yesterday & i did the 5000 steps...and here i l'm today completing the 7000 steps. Thank you, ❤ this!

Can you make a 10000 or a 15000 steps Challenge, with a lot of double side walks, kickbacks and leg curls? thank you for reading this, I enjoy your vids very much
