I'm 65 and after a very bad car accident, I now have severe osteoarthritis and sciatica. I'm going to try one mile 3x a week to begin. I watch Leslie and I believe I can do this workout.

Trust me guys her videos are awesome, her exercises are very effective. Just follow a healthy diet and do these exercises believe me you will see the difference. Im saying coz it worked for me. No need to go out for long walks or spend heavy on gyms.

Am attempting the same..... got down from 93 to 86
Have been doing this for a little over a year and have lost over 100 pounds although I've struggled with my diet. It has definitely increased my fitness level.

I'm a 22 year old woman who has to sit all day due to study schedule and i started doing this today. i must say it was a very useful workout since it causes you to sweat a lot. As a person who hates working out in public, this literally saved my life. Thank you so much.

Two miles was definitely a challenge for me. I stumbled a few times but I didn't give up. I feel so good. She is the best.

Na_dIA 2002 I have a tip for you I have been doing weight watchers for let’s say 20 years. Weight watchers works it’s not difficult. I’ve had great results. I am still down the 20 pounds that I lost 20 years ago. This program is fabulous as well. Easy to do and great results. Good luck.

been walking for three months on June 27! Thank you Leslie u really helped me lose some weight I do 1hr walking workout everyday and I am loving the results already lose 9kgs in almost three months... O do this everyday because of quarantine.. with discipline of of course on what I eat.. I eat light foods at night and only 1cup of rice for afternoon.. I did it guys, I know you can do it too!! just like what Leslie said "we just need to keep showing everyday" love from Philippines. 🇵🇭❤️
I quit smoking and walk with Leslie everyday. I’ve lost 2 pounds, but my lung function is so much better!

Also would like to say that i started walking with Leslie occasionally in Dec 2020, then seriously started Every Day In january 2021! I also am doing the fasting. I have lost 10 pounds today!!! and lost 2" in my stomach, which is where i was wanting to lose! I'm very proud of myself. I'm 63, retired. I do 30 minute walk everyday, usually 5 to 7 days a week. I will not stop!! I'm actually trying to encourage my sister to do this. Shes starting out at 1 mile, and will work up to 2 miles.

@@lindajee7938 no specific plan. Just don’t eat breakfast, wait as long as I can to eat lunch (usually 12:30 to 1:30) then eat dinner before 7:00 and nothing after. It’s really hard ar first but your body gets used to it
I discovered your videos at my local library in 2013, I’ve been walking with you ever since. I had my baby our 4th and last child she’s just turned 2 and gain weight back, so I’m walking again. I was 250lbs now I’m 238lbs still have a long way to go but I’m making progress thanks for the great workouts💕💕💕

Leslie, you are a Godsend!! 75 and stuck in Lock down, wondering how to stay fit, and there you were!! Bless you. You really do incentivize and encourage at just the right level. So many of us will emerge from Covid better than we sent in if we can keep going with your fantastic workouts. God bless everyone and keep walk, walk , walking!!
I’ve been walking since May 2019 and it is the best thing I have done for myself. No more leg cramps at night and heels spurs don’t hurt. Feel great and look better at 58! Thank you Leslie!
This is the one exercise program I love doing, and that doesn't make me feel like I'm totally out of breath afterwards!

I enjoyed this straightforward walk to add to my home exercise routine. Everything flowed seamlessly without "my leg didn't want to go yet" or "My foot didn't land on it." I tend to be unmotivated as it is without the false starts so this is what I will use and alternate with the classic 2 mile workout.

I started off with one mile walk n slowly increased to two miles now. Thank you so much for your instructions. I noticed great changes in my health. Yep - this one definitely made me sweat :D I'm doing these exercises for warm up and cardio before my weight training. It's super motivating and fun. And with the right amount of effort and speed, these walks can get pretty intense too

Leslie - Next year I celebrate 50 years with diabetes! My a1c is 5.9. With the pandemic and gym closures, I looked for more indoor work outs on bad weather days and I found you. I love your workouts and now I can run in place for 50 mins easily and normally do 80-90 min work outs inside with you! Thank you!

Following my heart attack, I couldn’t attend cardiac rehabilitation due to the lockdown but I have been doing Leslie’s walk program. My cardiologist was quite surprised how strong my heart was and said he couldn’t tell that I had a heart attack. Thank you Leslie for helping my recovery! 🏃🏾♀️

AVH I have also lost 13 lbs.
I am almost totally blind even though I go to the gym frequently. The one thing I can’t do is walk outside by myself. I get tired of biking and doing the machines with a mask on. Did this work out today and it’s a great addition to my walking routine and didn’t need a treadmill. Thank you so much! I could follow along well.
