I can't thank you enough Jessica! I am an Argentinian cancer survivor, and the fight against that sickness has left me with body movement limitations and much extra weight. The way you talk to your audience makes me feel that your routines are doable and adaptable. I don't feel bad about myself if I cannot do a particular movement because you always provide options. I've shared your videos with my students during the quarantine and they loved them!

Love these 1 mile walks (express and the "regular" ones) - can combine them with other workouts when I didn't get outside for a bike/walk or just do a quick one for an "after supper" workout. Thanks for your enthusiasm and just enough "verbal motivation". All your routines are simple, easy to follow and doable.

I am soooo glad to see this new video. Sometimes I want to exercise but my body just isn't up for a 30 minute workout, and I always head straight to your 12 minute power walk. This was my walk for this morning it was fast paced all the way through I got my heart rate up and I got my sweat on all while getting a walk in all at the same time plus these are great for when you are short on time or you want to squeeze it in on your lunch break either way you will get a great walk in thanks for walking with me this morning Jessica have a great Thursday 😀

I am obese. And have been inactive for years. This morning i woke up... Stepped into a portable steamer...then did this workout. And to me...this was really a workout. Easy to follow yet fast paced enough that an obese arthritic person can complete it. I hope to do your walking worouts six times a week. Thanks Jessica.

Hey, Jessica.... I'm 63, and needed a workout, but nothing too jarring for my joints. This was perfect, after I've already done another 30 minute video with you....so 50 minutes total with an instructor I really appreciate! AND....Peanut made me laugh out loud today. I know these are old videos, but still great to do!]

You are wonderful Jessica. I am 62 and out of shape. It has taken several weeks but I am finally keeping up with you. Im losing weight, shaping up and ready to move on. Please do a two mile walk. Lynn, I have Jessica's walk DVd's and I'm 72 and I love the DVD. I am stronger & now can walk further outside when the weather permits. She has a warm up and cool down and some wonderful upper & lower body work. i have not gotten injured @ all. I am prone to injuries. But not with Jessica. I listen to my body. Happy walking

I love this video for when I'm short on time but need something quick and effective to make me feel like I worked out. But I really want to tell you that my sister gave me your "Walk ON 21 Day Weight Loss Plan" as a gift, and I love it. It's challenging no doubt, and I have a knee injury, yet I can do all four sessions with no problem, and I get such a great workout. I've already lost twelve pounds, so I'm well on target for my goal of losing 20 pounds. I call you my coach now, lol. Thank you Jessica for all the quality work you do and for caring so much.

Love this workout! I love how we hit the mile marker before cool down so if I want to replay it and do 2 miles I can do that before my cool down! Not all indoor walking workouts are structured like that, so thank you!

Second mile completed on my indoor walkathon today. It is hot and humid outside but with Jessica's indoor walking playlist it is so easy and fun to get a varied mix of miles to walk this morning in the airconditioned comfort of my office. However, I am still sparkling.
