I started working out again after 7 years of not exercising, and many pounds added later haha. I decided last October (after Canada's Thanksgiving) to get back into shape, and had at first, joined a womens menopause group and we did a plank challenge together, which then feeling good and successful about it, i checked out home workouts and found your videos!! 30lbs lighter and going strong every day, mixing them up. Your videos are fun, and challenging and keep me wanting to do them every day!! Thank you for waking up my body! Who knew 50 years old and i could get my shape back! and thank you for helping me get there!! See you tomorrow!! :) and Peanut too. :)

This is the first work out I've done in years. I pretty much had to go at half pace because I'm so out of shape and overweight, but I worked up a good sweat and actually enjoyed doing this. Probably a bit too proud of myself for getting through the whole work out :)

I hate having to leave my house to work out; it becomes such a production. This is perfect for me! Plus I also have a sleeping french bulldog beside me while I do it, so I know Jessica understands me :)

Hello Jessica, as a young mother of two little children (from Holland) I was looking for 'short' videos which make you sweath enough and have a good time at the same time. For the first time a really had a good time watching your video and working with you. Instead of walking I did a little run (as you suggested) and now I had a good sweath too ;-) You really have the capacity of making people smile while they are working out and you give very good instructions. Hi Jessica. I know this is an older one but I did this today and remembered how it was one of my favorites of yours. I just want to say to you how grateful I am for you and your workouts, I have to be careful with too much jumping around because of plantar fascitis, and you make it possible to get a great workout even when I can't jump and run too much. Also you are a great coach and motivator, and like a friend to me. You are the best. Thanks infinity for being there!

Day 1 complete. I'm so glad you had this challenge because I haven't been exercising since I took on a part time job in November. I have about 2 hours between jobs and I usually just have a bite to eat and sometimes take a power nap. Now the holidays are over my part time job will be only 3-4 days/week so I can get back on track. It felt SO good to workout with you!! See you tomorrow - Thanks Jessica!!
Excellent start to the next four weeks. Non-intimidating, very good for those just starting out.
For the first time in over two years (!), I got up and did the day 1 exercise from 5:30 - 6:00 (even after my one year old woke up at 3:45 and didn't go back to sleep until 4:30)! It was wonderful to start the day with a sweat, knowing I burned some calories, and that I don't have to do it tonight!!! Enjoyed the video and looking forward to tomorrow!
I just did this workout! I am 67 and have one gimp knee, but I did the best I could and finished it. No offense, but I never heard of you until today when I found you on KZread! Thank you for the fun workout and I look forward to doing it again.

It was raining outside and we have no electricity so I had plenty of time on my hands this Sunday morning. Started my workouts with the Power Interval low impact walk, then did Fusion Band - lovely and flowing with a nice hint of strength training, followed this with Fusion Walk which was stressless and finally threw in some abs work with Stability Ball Abs and Core. What a great start to what looks to be an otherwise dull dreary day!

I could go on and on about why I love your videos but it would take too long. Jessica your w/o's are a great way to start my day. They are productive and easy to follow. You always lead us into the next step with a clear direction. I also like that your cool downs are a part of the workout. every time you said, "the floor is on fire," my husband started yelling, "the carpet is lava!!" and I had to break to laugh.. :) perfect intensity for my sore muscles on August day 13, thanks for the break!

Let me tell all those people who are trying to lose weight, this is a great starter DVD. As I was doing the workout I had to pull my pants up several times. Its a ton of fun and I love that u refer to SP. thanks for posting this and all the other DVD's
Still love this one!! i have been ordered not to lift weights, and I wear weighted gloves with your workouts, and it amazes me how, with any one of them, I feel like I get a full body workout. Every one of them feels like "functional fusion" to me!! Love you and the fact that you enable me to still get everything in!! Thankyou so much!!

Jen M Great job! Thx for joining me! PS_ please be careful with the weighted gloves with some of these workouts. Since they weren't designed with the gloves in mind some of the movements could cause strain on your joints :)

Love this workout! My chronic illness has been giving me trouble for around 6-7 months now this year. I'm finally on good medication and feeling better so thought I'd try my luck at this workout since I used to do your workouts when I was healthy and not ill. I managed to get through it with no pain, and I worked up a good sweat - I plan to do your 12 minute power walk video tomorrow if my body keeps behaving. YAY! :)

Thanks so much. I have been doing a lot of online videos trying to get the right fit. Many I couldn't do or others made me feel like I didn't do anything. I have limited mobility due to a car accident, but your video I could do with modifications and I even got my sweat on. Thanks!!!!!
I did this workout on the first day of the challenge but was unable to post a comment. I find you a real inspiration and really enjoyed the interval power walk.
Woke up super sore from yesterday's metcon 5 workout. Thought I'd take a day off but then I got an email from Spark which had this workout on it. Needless to say I am so glad I took the time to do this one. It's just what I needed and I managed to power up half of it. Feeling great after just 30 min. :)

Jessica, I'm 62 and just started exercising regularly for the first time in my life back in April. So far I've lost 19 pounds, eating the right amount of calories daily spread over 3 meals and 3 snacks, using only youtube videos for workouts. I do at least 30 minutes 5 days per week and longer when I have time. Yours are among my favorite videos because I'm able to keep up and do most of the moves despite multiple joint arthritis issues. Thank you so much for making your videos public and helping me get healthier. And with continued work and success, I'll have something of a beach body for a Feb. trip to Maui!
Completed this on Wednesday. Sick on Monday and no Internet Tuesday. Loved it! Just enough to start working out regularly again. I was lazy over the holiday!

This was Day 2 of repeating the Summer Shape Up challenge for me. I love this workout and it's sentimental for me because it was the first day of the first challenge (January, 2014) I ever did with you. I had been using your DVDs and KZreads before that but had never gotten involved with a challenge. What a long way I've come since then! I added Speed 1.0 from Focus T25 and Adriene's Foundations of Yoga Plank Position. Again, thanks to you, I got through Speed 1.0 without much trouble. It's amazing how working out with you every day has strengthened my body so much. Thanks!!!

Did this for #Fitin15 day 4. It's 30 degrees outside and my son is sick, so I used it for my walk. Maybe, I'll fit in the bonus workout tonight, but I really enjoyed this.

I enjoyed this workout this afternoon. I wasn’t able to get outside for a “real” walk because of the rain and humidity so clicked on this one instead. Nice to do this one again today as part of the #Januaryjumpstart challenge. It is a strength day today but I added this cardio routine after the recommended strength workout to get the blood pumping and my body moving. An additional benefit is all those extra steps that it packs in.
Just finished day 1. It is funny that you say jump rope. My ceiling at my basement where I workout are pretty low. i tried jump rope before there. It is always hit the ceiling and simulation is just not the same. I really like the music in this workout.

Day #1: So glad I didn't cop out today. I had fallen off the wagon after some neck trouble a few months back. Felt low and did that feel badly, eat, feel badly trip. Now I am at square one (again). Hi from Northern Ohio! So nice to workout with Jessica and a view of lush greenery instead of the blustery winds and blowing snow outside MY window! Just finished day one of the 28 day challenge. I'm mostly recovered from a bad cold/flu, so I took it a bit easy today. Thank you Jessica for another great walking workout! I loved the latin music in the background and watching Peanut sleep through the whole workout! LOL!

Getting back to exercise after a long nasty viral infection, when gentle stretches on my mat have been enough. This was a perfect fairly gentle way to begin to tone things up again. Today is my 62nd birthday! As always, thank you Jessica x

Fall Fitness Challenge 2014 - Day 19 complete. This is the first time I have been so consistent with a challenge. The moves are intense and effective but not hard on my knees or lower back. I look forward to my workouts in the a.m. The added challenge for me is adding another 20-30 min workout in the p.m. Perhaps, I could start slowly and add a low impact 20 min workout 2 eves a week. JSTV has truly motivated me to be more active throughout the day. Thank you, Jessica! :)
