Start your day off on the right foot (or simply give your brain and body a wake up call anytime of day or night) by adding more steps to your day and get fit walking the pounds away! This one mile power indoor walking workout will help you stick with your walking routine no matter what the weather is like outside. We'll also help you prevent joint strain by mixing up your moves while you walk in a small space. This routine is also a great early morning alternative to an outdoor walk.

    With as many times as I’ve done this, the other mile walk, & the two power walks... I would pay $50 right now to have more Jessica Smith indoor walking workouts 😂 they are my FAVOURITE & I do all of them a few times a week! Love them so much.

    Thank you so much for the great selection of lower impact walk/cardio videos! I am now back to exercising 4 days a week and getting better all the time. I developed severe subtalar/ankle osteoarthritis in my mid 30's, making walking difficult. I can't say enough about your videos and have passed them along to my family and friends.

    I LOVE working out with you. when I got my Fitbit I discovered walking inside. I live in Washington state and walking outside is NoT an option ALOT of the time as it's rainy and yucky and I have a 2.5 year old. (gotta get those steps!) I love that you have full length videos and short 12 minute ones so that on mornings like today when I'm in a fog I can get moving and wake up! thank you Jessica!

    I have done so many of her workouts online but this one is definitely at the top. She is so much fun and I love how she tells us to modify them if our bodies don't move like that. I have SI joint issues and I do several of these workouts. Jessica is the best!!!!

    Great for this oldie trying to keep up. There’s good brain training in this one for me. I can feel my brain working, as my body stumbles along striving to energize the actions into a steady energetic flow. I hope i get to look like you one day. Haha. Have to take 4 or 5 decades off.

    Variety, interest and motivation by the bagful!!!! Love your workouts. I'm 65 and have hip and lower back issues and struggled for a long time to find the right low impact workouts for me other than going for longer and longer walks! I was (am still!!) a dancer and miss not being able to 'leap about'! ❤️💃🏻👣👣💃🏻❤️

    I LOVED this! I have serious DOMS following a lower body strength train yesterday. I was absolutely shattered after driving hundreds of miles today but wanted to do some kind of workout before going to bed. This was PERFECT! Feel really alive again but know that after a shower, I'll sleep really well tonight. Thanks so much, Jessica.     I ended up just doing 2 of these today (instead of the 4 suggested) because I had the chance to go snowshoeing today, which was about 5000 steps or so. Honestly, I don't know if i could've gotten through 4 of these back to back. Maybe 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening? Something to work up to!! Thanks again!

    Did this after work and was so glad I didn't try it in the morning because it takes me until about noon to get my coordination working. LOL! Loved it though, simple, fast but effective. Love the reminders about using abs and chest resistance. It really helps me make the most of these moves!
