    This was my walk for this morning I really enjoy your walk n talks I have been doing them for at least 8 years this last year has been hard I have been struggling ever sense I was in the car accident I fractured my middle finger on my left hand so I wasn’t able to workout or go to work so it put me in a bad depression so here I am almost a year later and I am still trying to stay consistent with my workouts I feel like I am going through menopause so I am starting with your walk n talks again I hope this will get me motivated to continue working on myself thank you for being my biggest motivation I wouldn’t have gotten through a lot of these workouts without your help thanks for walking with me this morning have a great Wednesday 😀

    This was my walk for this morning I really enjoy your walk n talks I always learn something new and I get my body up and moving before I start my day I have been struggling to stay consistent on getting up and working out every morning so I am hoping these walks will get me back to a routine life has been a struggle ever sense I was in that car accident all I can do it take it one day at a time thanks for walking with me this morning Jessica have a great Tuesday 😀

    Everyone is different is the correct answer. You need to listen to your body, push yourself to the brink but not over it. Only through personal trial and error is this achievable.

    This was my walk for this morning I really enjoy your walk n talks I always learn something new and It wakes me up and gets my body moving for the day something that I am grateful for is waking up every morning and being able to workout with you thank you for being my biggest inspiration you have helped me so much in my journey I did loose myself after the car accident but I am slowly getting better and trying to stay consistent with me exercises learning how to love myself again thanks for walking with me this morning Jessica have a great Friday 😀

    This was my walk for this morning I have Been doing these walks for 8 years now I love that you have these walks sense I am starting over after the car accident these walks are great for me to start over and get myself back into a routine again plus it’s a great way to get up and get my body moving for that day thanks for walking with me this morning Jessica have a great Thursday 😀

    This was my workout for this morning it was short but very effective I could feel the burn 🔥 all the way through my arms are on fire and I was working my Abs all in one workout I didn’t have a lot of time this morning so these short videos really come in handy thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great Wednesday 😀
