This was my walk for this morning I really enjoy your walk n talks I have been doing them for at least 8 years this last year has been hard I have been struggling ever sense I was in the car accident I fractured my middle finger on my left hand so I wasn’t able to workout or go to work so it put me in a bad depression so here I am almost a year later and I am still trying to stay consistent with my workouts I feel like I am going through menopause so I am starting with your walk n talks again I hope this will get me motivated to continue working on myself thank you for being my biggest motivation I wouldn’t have gotten through a lot of these workouts without your help thanks for walking with me this morning have a great Wednesday 😀

Everyone is different is the correct answer. You need to listen to your body, push yourself to the brink but not over it. Only through personal trial and error is this achievable.
