Regular practice of breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. I do it because I feel amazing after each breathwork session and feeling good is important to me. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !
All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

This is by far my favorite breath workout that I’ve found. The one minute holds were actually doable which is real progress for me. Also loved seeing my O2 sat in the low 80’s without feeling whoozy. Just discovered you and am really looking forward to seeing my practice grow with you

This was my most peaceful one so far.. left me feeling without a worry in the world. Thank you ❤
This is extually the first sessions i didn't feel the buzzing relaxation. I think i felt a little bit rushed by me? Maybe not my style? I extended the session with 1 full Wim Hof round and the relaxation and focus kicked in.🙏. Love your channel..definitly gonna try the rest of your sessions.

This might be my favorite one so far. I like the combo breathing exercises. The variations help me to keep my focus on my breath. Which has now slipped into my everyday life. I'm much more aware when my breathing is shallow and then I slow down and breathe deeper. Thank you for these beautiful exercises Sandy! Peace brotha ✌️

This day was started with the above exercise and beautify of life was found with a foundation laid for my day. yesterday it rained earlier then expected so i did not exercise until last night and let me be a voice, This form of self devotion helps start my day in ways caffeine or worldly pleasures pail in comparison. thank you brother for your time you take to make these videos 🙏

So far your work are the most tireless to follow- fast paced, no lag time, novel applicalbility i guess & easy to follow - as far as anybody has been familiar of the basics of yoga breathwork. Crying and other emotional releases get suppressed often and the breath helps release 🙏🏼

@@neilduncan441 great question. I think each person has their method. But yeah I focus on that area, the center of my chest. And the more that I rest there, the better I feel after and can carry that feeling with me throughout my day. As you know, where our attention goes energy flows

No sorry I don’t. But it’s a breathing technique also known as conscious connected breathing or psychedelic breathing. Lots of labels. It’s a 3 part breath starting with filling up your belly then chest then let it out (exhale). Belly chest out. The exhale is gentle and not forced. The breath should be a continuous circle having no pause between the inhale and exhale. Hope this helps a little 🙏🏼

Hey, loved this session. I have a suggestion, when you're doing the countdowns to switch the breathwork, or countdown to breath hold, I can't hear it over my own breath and the music, so maybe the voice could be a little louder at those parts, other than that I'm loving these sessions, keep going! ❤️

Greetings Sandy. I trust you are well. You know, brother, at times when doing breathwork, I feel a deeps sense of heat in my stomach and gall bladder space. Sometimes it is not a comfortable sensation and almost unbearable. Is it a positive sign? Could I be doing something wrong?
It's like in here, Indonesia. 🙄
