It´s recommended to lay down, with a pillow under your knees for better back support. By laying down you´re able to relax your body more and take more profound inhales, more love to bring ;)
I am always sitting upright for video purposes. So do what feels right, but if you want to go deeper I recommend laying down.
I encourage you to, before any breath work, to get in a calm meditative state, set your intention and to make sure that you are comfortable.
Regular practice of Breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !
All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

Never practice breathing exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any other circumstance where the loss of consciousness could result in physical injury. These breathing techniques may cause tingling sensations, a ringing in the ears, and/or dizziness in the head. If you feel any of these responses, don't panic it is completely normal. If you faint, however, you have gone too far and should take it more slowly next time.

Sandy

I’ve been doing your video’s for about 6 months and want to share the healing that I’ve found through breath work. I’ve found your video’s to be “Top Notch” and went looking for a beginner friendly tutorial. I just shared your tutorial and this beginner video with someone who has phantom pain and has never done breathing exercises before. I’m thrilled to announce that she felt a shift on her first breath workout!! 🎉🎉🎉❤

This is so inspiring. I’ve been struggling with severe anxiety & depression and been on antidepressants for 30 years & still wasn’t well. I’m coming off them now because I HAVE to find another way outside of western medicine & substances, but it’s a living hell coming off…I started Wim Hof in desperation and was shocked to find how transformative breath work (and cold therapy) can be. Just did your advanced video of 5 rounds and almost felt “normal” - like I actually want to live. Incredibly grateful to have found your beautiful work 🙏🏼🥹

Search for a few videos for beginners and came across yours and now I’m glad you say they are a part of my daily routine and it has helped me to feel so much better all around but especially in times of stress for anxiety I just go into a room turn the lights off and put on one of your videos and it completely help me reset and clear myself of the negative energy. Coming to your video today when I searched wim hof (not sure how this happened but its divine intervention for sure) was next level for me! Divine because the way you oriented the guidance of this technique with the artistry of the music changes during breath retentions sent me on a journey. Your spacing I between talking and count ins was so perfect too! The invitation for meditation at the end was the cherry on top. I think this is a good one for beginner beginners who haven't tried it. Do you know of an even easier one for those who can't quite do this one? Some people who are very new to this can't do it because of lung issues, hiatal hernias, etc. I'm asking because I just started and know some older people with these issues. I've recommended it for mental clarity and energy.

Hi! I have a question. The first round is always very difficult for me and to say that I haven't done breath work a lot but some. It feels like my inhales could be bigger and I dont have enough time to breathe in when I follow you or any other breathing coach on KZread etc. So it makes me feel uncomfortable and I feel like I am doing something wrong. U know when u breathe in u hit some kind of spot "the full end" of a breathe, I dont have time to take in all I need in every breathe. What can I focus on? and have u felt the same before

is this a full in and full out breathing? if so then this is way too fast for me. It was good but I'd advise not talking during the breath hold Reminding me I have a minute left during the hold makes it feel like an eternity
