@whitneyb6647 I think I can honestly say I feel more connected to my body and more capable of regulating stress and anxiety. I've also continued to combine the breath work with daily cold showers and I've really noticed an improvement in my energy level and mental clarity. Nothing super human, but I feel good, and I think that's a pretty accurate indicator!

I had a pounding, nauseating headache before starting this practice. Two things happened, I realized I could be an observer of the pain rather than it consuming my awareness and my headache was almost completely gone by the end. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Becoming the observer without judgment is called somatic tracking. With enough practice, you can cure pain indefinitely. The book “The way out” explains this perfectly. Pain is only present because of the pain-fear cycle.

Heavenly bliss…the handpan drum vibrating right into my heart allowed it to relax deeper. 2 minutes, not a problem . I no longer try to ‘hold my breath’-instead I relax my heart.

This was tough for me for various reasons but I came out the other side really appreciating the "work" part of the practice. No matter how difficult it is to get going I never regret it. Very powerful. The structure and expectations of society in recent times, had me mentally irratic.... (although I did take a break from breathwork with Sandy, so it's my own fault). Thanks for this amazing breathing session! I struggled to do these properly before finding your channel a few months ago. What really helps me the most is breathing is on beat. I do drum circles with friends and the timing and rhythm makes it even more enjoyable and assessable for me. Strangely, I used to get really dizzy and feel like was going to pass out but since doing your sessions I feel so clear, euphoric and at peace after. I will soon be supporting your patreon!

These practices are SO difficult for me but are getting easier. It's amazing how after a couple of rounds the breaths become a little less tense and more at ease. I feel more coherent and connected to my path. Thank you Sandy :) you may never know how many people you are saving right now.

Wow! Thank you so much Sandy! This is very powerful. The extremities body almost paralyzed dissolving all thoughts, completely focus on the joyful sensations. I was stuck on the « positive feeling « breath worth was my favorite (also for the music) till now but this is even better.
