IMPORTANT: Please read this first. This session can be a regular morning routine or a time to concentrate on releasing any tension or emotions. You will notice it’s not really different from any other mouth breathing session but the choice is yours, and it's all about your intention for the session. If you're holding onto anger or any other feelings, become aware of that while actively breathing during each round. Breathe deeply through your mouth, directing your breath towards that anger, doubt, or worry. If you experience any strong emotions during the session, don't hesitate to express them with loud sounds or even a scream. It's a beautiful way to let go. Pay close attention to that emotion or feeling as you continue breathing deeply, bringing it to the surface. Then, when you hold your breath, fully let go, transitioning into a calm and receptive state. Approach each round with this intention, focusing entirely on your inhale and feeling safe to express yourself in any way. This helps engage the part of the nervous system that holds onto our emotional baggage. During the meditation at the end, surrender by breathing slowly and calmly through your nose. With that said, this session can also be just another fun session to fill up your cup and feel good. That’s the beauty of Breathwork. Much love, Sandy

I just had a very sudden and difficult move that I've been very upset about for weeks. I was able to sit in a clean and airy sunroom on a cloudy day in my new home and finally appreciate the beauty of my new journey and let go of the anger I've felt towards the situation. Thank you. I feel so much better.
I started feeling sensual during this. Also felt love, joy, peace, and laughter. So wonderful.
I could only make it through one round, the emotions were just flowing and I realized this breathing is how my breathing behaves when I cry and release emotions.

This is my first time trying breath work! I’ve tried meditating before without the breath work and I’m in complete shock at how this completely silenced my mind (which usually runs rampant, when I try to meditate)! I also feel so refreshed and at peace after this video. This is insane!

I wasn’t feeling emotional or like anything needed to be released, just picked this video for the length to do before bed. During the first round I had an old memory surface from 15+ years ago when I felt betrayed by a friend. Totally random that it popped up but I guess it needed to be released! Good morning Sandy 🌞 This is my second day breathing alongside you. I am going through a huge life transition along with a really tough breakup. I woke up today feeling sour throughout my body - ickiness in my limbs, a headache, thoughts cascading down a rabbit hole reflecting on the hurt. Something told me I needed one of your sessions. I now feel at peace, my mind at ease, my headache gone, and can start my day focusing on gratitude and self love instead of ruminating on the hurt. Thanks. I am burned out and thought I was trough after a year and 3 months....not...just found out after a couple of days of feeling worse and worse that I have a small relapse.
