@docmorph195 I have a per diem job and committed to a few shifts and then got my new schedule at my full time job and unfortunately that is how it turned out. Doesn't always happen. Just an exhausting coincidence!! Thank you for your kind words

Sandy- I absolutely love and appreciate your work. You are amazing!! I’ve been helping my friend train for the 50 free, she’s a swimmer. She’s been doing your breathwork consistently for 2 months and she’s up to a 3 min breathhold! It’s amazing. She no longer needs to take a breath during her race!! I’m wondering, if you could possibly do a video with longer breathholds- 3:15,3:30? Just an idea as I want to keep challenging her :) Thank you thank you thank you!

This was freakishly cool due to the short rounds. When I'm having a worse day, longer stretches of intense breathing look overwhelming and I always skip the practice. That's why today I loved this one so - still intense & yet shorter practice! 🕉🙏Namaste! 🧡
