It made my pain only worse. Seems like resting half year is the only option. Pains is much too worse to do any adductor excersice

No not completely. I read that tendons often don't recover completely, because some degenerative parts will stay. You only can strengthen the structures around the tendon. But I am able to squat and able to deadlift again. As I said, for me all these exercises made everything worse. The only exercise I did were bodyweight squats as far as I could go. I had a look at japan sumoringers. They have an unbelievable hip mobility. So I watched how they warm up and exercise for their sumonstand. I tried some of their suff which is real basic. For example they go into a sumo squat and shift their bodyweight from the left to the right foot and then from right to left and so on. That strenthens your structures in this streched position. I went as das as I could without pain and progressed from time to time. My starting position wasn't really a sumo squat at all in the beginning. Now its getting better. I do it nearly every day.

This makes sense, because when I have a sore quad tendon, streching the quad muscle usually aggrivates the tendon.

Heyy , Ive been playing football for almost 7years(2 years semi professional ) . I used to be very poor on my stretches before playing and it resulted in groin pain. I made a very stupid decision by pushing through with the groin pain and it resulted in adductor tendon injury. I couldn’t raise my left leg without pain on my groin , I couldn’t turn in my sleep , I couldn’t change my pants without discomfort. I’ve visited doctors who’ve confirmed that I have adductor tendonitis and I was referred to a physiotherapist. I’ve been out of football for almost 8-9 months. The exercises given to me by the physiotherapist wasn’t very easy and I was very impatient I wanted to see results quickly. It got to a point where I just stopped I was fed up, it used to hurt me seeing my friends play football without me. After a month I decided to try again. I started with isometrics and did it 3 times a week for 2 weeks. The results were absolutely amazing I thank God. After the 2 weeks are over there’s another phase you have to follow for 12 weeks. I’m currently on my 3rd week and I’m already able to jog slowly with absolutely no pain.

@@alisterdias4056 that's good to hear mate! Keep it up. I think age is a major factor for an injury like this im 41 now. I'm in good place at the moment I can run so means I can keep the weight off. I think if I was to play football the second I went into a challenge or even kick a ball hard it would go again and I'd lose my head so gonna just stick to watching I think. I had a good innings lol Keep me updated though pal 👍
