On the fake 940-1 box, the "C" in Benchmade is clearly the wrong size(almost looks elongated/ too tall) when compared to the rest of the font . This is a dead give away.
What model is this
TR-3 Integrity Manual. There is an older version but this was a limited release at Blade Show with stainless steel handles and Irie compound grind blade. .

The more you spend, the better the box. And you can get a Sheath made in u s a. Also alot of people don't know that buck also makes high end customs i have 2 customs made in 1987 And they have mammoth ivory handles and are works of art.

You would still need the liners, blade stop, and omega springs. But this is mostly a different knife now.
Well I couldn't resist trying it no cut but mine has been on the wicked edge a few times. I'll say design flaw because that blade is awfully close
I have owned a lot of knives and actually had not had that one happen to me before but I know of this issue on other knives.

Babytron is the truth! I actually think his verse was the best on this track. This knife is fantastic! Immediately one of my favorite small to mid-size fixed blades.

One of my favorite ZT knives...I really think it's slept on. Super light weight, extremely useful blade profile & length, low profile as far as thickness etc making it a great carry for certain pants/shorts. It is a bit futuristic looking with the anodized Ti & carbon fiber, so I can see for sure why it's not everyone's taste. That wharncliffe/sheepsfoot style blade and curve to the cutting edge makes it such a versatile knife.

@@TripleEEDC to me, on an otf at least it makes sense to have more edge retention and slightly less corrosion resistance rather than vise versa. Not like I’m taking an otf into the ocean I mean, that’s what a cheap dive knife is for, and I won’t be upset if the tide takes away a 20 dollar piece of sharpened titanium.

Not for the price they charge they aren’t. I’m honestly shocked BM has any fans left at this point.
The $600 price point on this version is definitely high but they just put out the new one that is only $405 and much more in line with other American-made knives given the upgrades on this one especially as compared to most of Benchmade’s other knives.

that forward choil seems pointless. The handle is already large enough to accompdate a full hand and the handle has it;s own choil. Might as well just have the blade edge go all the way up to the handle.
To get the assisted one hand open, pull back the axis lock and shake it downward. Mine pops right open.

I bought one. Just had to have it. Dissapointed that it wont work 10/10 times. Always fails at least once. Yes it’s clean. It is brand new.
For $ 30 Mine is great.. Holds a sharp edge and has buttery smooth action.
