A thick blade with a thin edge is a great combination in EDC usage.

It depends on the usage but yes. It will cover the most people. Thicker knives are not as good at cutting down Amazon boxes as thinner ones but for versatility thick knives with thin (but not too thin) edges are best.

They make solid American-made knives from good designers. I wish they would go back to using more of the old school a aesthetic but otherwise they are great.

I've always been drawn to this knife sorta hard to find now wish I had grabbed one a few years back but I love the look and size

They still pop up every now and then when people get annoyed by the clip. Take advantage and pick one up. The clip is definitely better for this knife than the 0640.

I don’t get why ZT doesn’t bring back the old models? They were so appealing in both design and price point. None of their current offerings are worth over $300 price tag that they’re asking

I agree. I love when they were collaborating with classic designers and had in-house tank-like designs rather than the current lightest knife possible CF-fest they have been chasing.

Recurves mean average knife owners will struggle with sharpening. That makes it a no from me. That said: very nice knife!👍🏻

Average knife owners may struggle with sharpening 20CV in general since they don’t usually have high end sharpeners, but you’re right on the recurves. Still, a few KZread videos and the right equipment will ease the sharpening learning curve.

Every time i sell or trade a zt i regret it they really are tanks
