  I took it to be installed years ago at Best Buy (Geek Squad). Same with the mood lights, I took the car to a local accessories shop. I have posts on my blog site, adamsautos.org, that detail the speakers used and other upgrades I’ve made to my cars, however - thanks.

  Thank you! And I would suggest if your infotainment screen went out, try to get a small pin and push the “reset” button on the lower part of the screen. If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to take it back to the dealer for service.

  They aren’t caliper covers, I had them painted. It was at a place in metro Detroit right after I got the car. I’ll find the name and post it, pricing was reasonable I recall.

Ironically, it was when they were driving down the highway just like my K5 and their Sorento went into a “limp home mode”, just like my car too. After they let the car sit awhile and rest, it restarted no problem and the stalling issue has never occurred again. This is EXACTLY what happened to my K5. Car and Driver has also had some transmission and brake woes with their Sorento, but I don’t have the 8-speed DCT on my K5 and my brakes are still like they were on day 1 when I drove it home - I have 12,000 miles now with no other major issues/failures to report. Although, my panoramic sunroof does make creaking noises going over big bumps…
