Beautiful home. Most homes built by Westerners are a step above from local developed homes. Commercial construction seems to be much better. I urge those to really exam used homes in the Philippines, construction grade in the Philippines….is very basic…..Even 150-250K homes. Paying a premium for homes built by FilAm families is not completely out the question in my book.

I hope the NBI does their job and gets to bottom of this. We all know it was her who created the fake fb accounts. It was too obvious. Her comments. The way she posted the words she used and the one pic she reposted on her timeline. Which was the most damning evidence! Thankfully we saved the profile links and All screenshots. It's amazing how she has the audacity to go on air and blatantly lie. All in an attempt to gain followers and fame. I find those who are guilty will try anything to flip the script to make the other seem the bad one.

It's one of the best built house I've seen in the Philippines or even in the US with quality workmanship (Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, & Architectural). I said this because I did residential, commercial, high-rise, Airport, malls plan review and construction inspection as Associate Engineer and finally a Senior Engineer in City of San Jose, California. I hope you can build my house in the Philippines in the future, you really did quality construction.
