Small crew cement mostly by hand compared to USA with 30 guys all by pumps and trucks your team cant be beat they really put their hearts into it well built safe strong home that will hold up to that wild weather you have there your home will never blow away :) thanks for you time with the video's and letting us know you and your family keep up the excellent content.

You do it right. A waterproofing membrane in the shower is a must! In our condo there was none and after 10 years the water went through the floor and came out below from the ceiling.

Man ... Lol... I went from the master Framer .. Never more than 1/8 of an inch .. Wood..❤ Now I have learned concrete in theory.. And love the fact that you do concrete the way I do Wood and stick Framing.. Amazing work .. We will be in touch 💯

Hi Guys, an amazing update and thank you for sharing. As for the so called dirty pool..hahaha obviously those commentators have never worked on a construction site..lol Good call on the small lights Donna over the sink they look just right. Grinding marble is never a fun job but looks awesome Richard, a great look and the flush fitting sink makes it so much easier to clean, we did that on one of our last jobs. When does that Solar System go in, as I would be really interested to see that and how you guys are wiring that into the house feed. Have a super Christmas and a Happy New Year, you in 2024 😁

Richard, you are surely a topnotch in housebuilding. That's a very nice house well built with excellent quality. Whoever is buying that house is very lucky. It's good to see you're doing all the finnish to high standard not often seen in Filippo houses. I've always preferred tile external corners to have metre. I usually use metal mold as I don't have the confidence to mitre. House is looking good.😊

I use some stuff locally called abc sealer. It works very well.

Pool looks green, maybe it’s the lighting. Sorry but long vertical windows remind me of the Dallas county jail I drove by daily to and from work. There’s a buyer for every home, hope it sells quickly for you.

House looks great. My only complaint is the bathrooms are so narrow.

Ive been following u since the first house, just wondering, why do u always have a huge blank lot as a backyard or front yard when u only have 1 car and 1 tricycle? If its gonna be ur private home then u couldve made the house bigger so the stairs and powder room n hallway wont be tiny. Are u gonna park all ur big equipment in the empty lot? Cuz its half the lot. I know americans love huge front yard but it makes the house small. And americans usually have like 1 or 2 bathrooms only but with like 5 bedrooms. In the philippines we almost have 1:1 ratio if the house is big anyway, cuz usually relatives will visit n stay for a bit, so its hard to wait for the bathroom.

A sense of openness in a walled yard takes away from that cramped feeling and offers better airflow. He originally was going to have his office and equipment storage in the open area but no need for that now.

If you are going to sell the house, I would price it at between 10Million to 12 Million. Selling it below 10M is totally cheap for a beautiful and awesome house. If you are not convince you could refer to a broker and ask for the price tag of your house once it's finish. The materials and the labor is already expensive nowaday. And considering the house was 🔐 constructed out of love and you put your heart and soul to construct it

The house may be beautiful but expensive, took too long to build, a tight lot and out in the middle of no-where. Usually, high-end houses like to be near other high-end houses where the neighborhood appreciates in value. If your neighborhood develops into a low-end or worst mixed industrial uses, your investment tanks.
