This is a terrific video - mouth watering. Keep it up.
@@mitch9285 glad you enjoyed. Thank you!
Sonyou pan fry the swordfish? No oven after?
@@danielghosn6529 Depends on the thickness. Pan fry it on medium heat until you get the color you want, and add the butter with a few minutes left. If you still can’t cut it easily with a fork/spoon put it in a 400 degree oven until you can cut it easily. But good question, it’s easier to undercook swordfish than overcook.
it seems arrogant and offensive to tell us to put our flour onto a clean work surface. You assume your viewers are unsanitary slobs?
1st like my friend ❤❤❤
sweet, thanks!
Ben fatto!
0:43 Come prepariamo senza formaggio???
Buona domanda. Si mette olio d’oliva e burro nella pedella, poi limone e menta e cucina per un minuto. Aggiunga la pasta e zucchini e mescola bene. Finire con piú olio e pepe nero se vuoi.
Gosh! I can’t believe I’m the first person to comment. I’m impressed with how you made this dish and will make it over the weekend.🙏🏻for sharing.😊
Thank you very much! The perfect weekend meal. Let me know how it goes!
Its my favorite grandma used to make, whats ratio fir 1lb pasta? Ive nade small batches but when stretch to a lb i cant get right? Appreciate it tyvm
Thanks for watching! For 1lb of pasta I would do 3 whole eggs, and either 1 or 2 egg yolks depending on size. 1 cup of cheese.
Subscribed!!!
Thank you! More to come
Wu Tang Clan chicken huh
Precisely 😂
Is that Parmesan cheese in the egg wash?
Yes, but you could also use Pecorino Romano!
@@Jacks.Kitchen nice, I'm gonna do a carnivore version of this
@@SilentNights185 cool, full video recipe is on my channel. Let me know how it turns out!
@@Jacks.Kitchen will do, thank you for sharing ❤
Le tue ricette sono sempre di altissimo livello. Mettilo sul khal, per favore! +++++++++++++
Grazie mille!!! Usi khal spesso?
This isn't helping my midnight hunger😂
Hahaha, maybe it could be dinner tonight!
Such a simple dish and looks amazing! ❤
Indeed! Hope you try it out :) ❤️
Noice!!! ❤❤❤
Thank you! 🍝🍳
Never seen it made that way. Usually butter and two cheeses grated fine, black pepper and mixed in with pasta water until creamy. Not sure where the egg comes in.
I just love how wet that meal looks ❤️
It's called pasta cacio e uova, and is similar to carbonara, but no meat. You should try it out! Full recipe on my channel.
@@Jacks.Kitchen ohh. I thought it was cacio e pepe. I apologize for my confusion.
gotta try this, thanks for the recipe.
Glad you enjoyed! subscribe for more
Simple dish, but a proper technique also never seen this ancestor to carbonara or the other roman pasta like amatriciana or cacio e pepe. Haven't seen many people recommend adding water to the bowl to get all the goodness out of it,. will definitely subscribe and hope t4o watch this channel grow.
Thank you very much!! Glad you learned something new, need to get all the goodness out for sure haha. More to come!
Quick and simple, thanks! I'll add it to the list of things I want to make. One thing I gotta make sure is to have the timings right so the pasta is cooked enough, but also not accidentally scramble the eggs after adding the mixture.
You're welcome! It will help if you let the pasta cool down a little in the pan with the onion before you add the egg. When you add the egg, just make sure you turn the heat off, and stir right away. Then you should be good. If the sauce is thicker than you want, just add a little more pasta water.
Make Makaroni Po Flotski next pls
Thanks for the suggestion! I've never made that before so I'll have to try it out first.
Anyways, this looks delicious
how about also stirring some pieces of orange in at the very end of the cooking process for the flex? it just reminded me so much of the apple risotto from shokugeki but also i have a question... when using citrus fruits i'm always very concerned because they tend to get bitter very very very verrrrry fast. are there any mistakes to avoid in that regard?
Can't imagine that tasting bad, good suggestion! I would probably leave out the cheese then. If you're zesting the citrus then don't include the white part under the zest called the pith, it is very bitter. You can also blanch the zest in hot water to completely remove the bitterness. So, just use the top layer of zest and the juice at the end, and you should be good.
@@Jacks.Kitchen then i guess if i were to add oranges at the end i should also make sure that the whites are not included then.... yeah i should definitely do that.
Yes, look up how to supreme an orange
great video!
Thank you!
Cook me some next lil bro 😢
You got it!

Solid , the same way i do it
Can you make a Detroit Style Pizza? That’s my new favorite!!
Surely, great idea!
We made this tonight! Great recipe!! Did a brown butter sage sauce.
That’s great to hear! Sounds delicious!
Uh so your not supposed to do balls of beef it makes them regain that form while cooking
How do you do it
@@ChristianVega-ql3sc similar way but you take the meat and form a patty like clay spinning kinda but just don’t form a ball when you do it, it just cooks better keeps in flavor and holds its shape.
Good to know! sometimes when I do that though, the crust is more of a ring around the edges instead of golden brown on the whole thing.
Those looks amazing. I’m not sure if you were trying to do a smashburger, but if u were, I would use less ground beef per patty and smash it way harder.
No he says it was just a regular Borgir
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah just a regular burger, I would need more space like a flattop to make actual smashburgers.
This looks so good
Thank you 🍔
Looks delicious bro, full recipe when?
Bro you just watched the full recipe
Thanks cheese dude, yeah that was kinda the full thang. Let me know if you have any questions though. I’ll make a long form soon!
@@Jacks.Kitchen Like I need proportions, I can estimate 😭😭
@@GodOfCheese1337 the patties, were about 4 ounces each, about a quarter of small onion for each burger, and I think you know what to do with the cheese 😂

Let bro cook. 🗣💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥
Thank you shark dude! 💪
This is not how you make a potato pancake. There’s authentic way to make those, but putting in the microwave its the most American thing ever. That being said, no hate at all for you ❤Continue making vids for cooking
Thanks for the feedback. I think that’s like saying there’s only one way to make French fries, but you can certainly boil the potatoes first!
@@Jacks.Kitchen I totally agree
those look so good!!! your really underrated.
Thank you for the encouraging words!! Hope you try them
Its easier if you do it the other way around. Oven first then the stove, that way you can use a fork to check the bottom until its golden
That does make sense. The thing with this is that you don’t need to blast your oven for a long time, you just put it on broil for a couple minutes
Sir where's the toppings 😂
He did say it was a plain pizza lol
Gold medal slice
You know pizza can just have cheese on it right? If you want topping then you can add it yourself.

What a smooth transition at the end!
Thank you!
This looks awesome! What was everything you put into the chimichurri? I want to make this
Thanks man! garlic clove, cilantro, parsley, red pepper flakes, equal parts rice wine vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper, squeeze of lemon
